HSL Chairs - St. Leonards on Sea Anmeldelser

Wish we had met you before we bought our previous sofa Lesley. A relaxed, yet highly informative and intuitively brilliant experience. No pressure, just a total understanding of our wishes for an investment of a sofa. Came away delighted and looking forward to our delivery date with confidence. A wonderful service. Thank you Lesley at St.Leonards branch.

Arrived when advised, disassembled the old chair and assembled the new one. Job done and in time for 🎄.
Happy New Year to you all

We visited Hastings store today with our mum and were greeted by Vicki, who was so attentive, friendly, understanding and just took the time to listen to mum (90+ years old) needs in a chair. We were offered tea and mum tried several chairs before deciding on the one that she felt was right for her. Thank you for your time and helping us with our mum.

Visited the St.Leonard's on Sea branch to purchase a reclining chair for my 90 year old dad .A lovely greeting from Vicki and the team .super helpful and friendly and so good at explaining all the chairs and how they work . The chair arrived today ( express delivery ) and the delivery drivers so nice and patient and explained it all so dad could understand the settings .Excellent , thoroughly recommend .

Superb quality sofa and chair delivered by expert polite people

Really great chair, made in correct time schedule, delivery team Martin & Leon were very good knowledgeable in item

Janet was great. I had an idea of what I wanted and she took me through some options. She was patient, discussing various sofa sizes and materials. She was very knowledgeable and took time with me. Having decided on a sofa we went through everything and I now await my new sofa

My wife has had several lower back operations so wanted to buy a new Stressless chair to give her the comfort and support needed. HSL has a good reputation so visited their Hastings location where we found a small but exclusive Stressless range to try. Lesley, the manager, gave us her full attention and professional advice - we didn't know that HSL trains its staff in aspects of occupational therapy, so her advice turned out to be very useful. There was no 'sales patter' or push to make a decision; we could take as much time as we needed (coming back for a second visit was also welcomed). We were able to buy our preferred chair in a really relaxed, friendly, professional and efficient environment - did I mention the coffee and biscuits too?

Veronica greeted us warmly into the shop. Listened to our request and showed us exactly what we wanted. She gave us all the information and all the different chair coverings available. Veronica also advised on the most suitable height of chair for my husbands needs. Veronica explained everything thoroughly with a friendly and professional manner.

From start to finish the service was FLAWLESS. Excellent, high quality product; modern and extremely comfortable. Incredible, friendly and helpful customer support in store and on the phone. Easy and effortless delivery and assembly thanks to Martin and Leon. Not a single bad thing to say. Would 100% use them again!

They took care to ensure that the chair was suitable for me. It was delivered on time and the controls were explained

Brilliant service from your assistant Andrea. Explained everything clearly and offered good advice. Price very competitive , better quality than other high street retailers.

Liz was very helpful and not at all pushy and overbearing which is a welcome relief after looking around other furniture stores. It can make a purchase rather an ordeal if the customer is not left alone for more than a few minutes. So far so good!

I was impressed with the level of knowledge and training that gave me the confidence to purchase a chair for my wife, after being enlightened by all of the options available to me.

We bought the chair at your St Leornards branch. Excellent service from the staff, they were very knowledgeable and gave good advice on the appropriate choice for my mother

Friendly helpful delivery operatives Wayne and Andy set chair where I wanted it and connected to power supply ready to use. Completely satisfied

Very happy with the staff, who helped my wife and I chose the chairs that best suited our particular needs.
Thank you.

First class showroom experience, no rush, no pressure, with experienced guidance for what we required.
Follow up likewise.
Delivery guys, ANDY & WAYNE were also very professional with set-up and advice.
All good. Thank you

The staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful and I was given a very detailed explanation of their extensive range of chairs, as well as having plenty of time to try them out. The chair I ordered was delivered on time, I was given detailed instructions on how it worked and it is very comfortable.

From entering the shop in Hastings, ordering and delivery excellent service. Ashley and Jason were great - no faff just got on with getting the bed in and setting it up. This is our third purchase from HSL and can see a distinct improvement in their focus on quality and customer service.
