HSL Chairs - Peterborough Anmeldelser

The product is clearly a high quality product but I felt that there was no transparency of the cost of various features for example the riser function would cost an additional x amount (I still don't know). The sales person was very chatty and friendly but I suspect was not entirely honest with me in an effort to engage with me and secure the purchase. The final price came as a shock, it was nearly double what I had expected to pay and the "discount" merely covered the delivery charge. I left the shop feeling like I had been taken advantage of because of the very high price and lack of transparency on how this was reached.

Your staff member was very helpful and also very patient. Was very polite and helped us enormously.

Excellent personal service, very caring and knowledgeable staff. We felt very comfortable in their care.

The staff were attentive but never pushy. They were well informed on all aspects of the furniture. I was given all the information I needed and was delighted to be told that I was entitled to a reduction due to medical conditions. No other store informed me of this. I have and will continue to recommend HSL to friends and family. A lovely relaxing atmosphere in the store and attentive, well informed staff. Thank you HSL

We received excellent customer service in your Peterborough store. All the options were shown to us and we were able to try each and every one of them. Our choices were checked for being the correct fit and we had plenty of time to sit and really test our final choice for comfort. We are looking forward to receiving our new furniture.

Good product, good price and excellent customer service delivered by knowlegeable staff

Anna welcomed us, even opening the door on our arrival. Very helpful and with good advice and information. Thank you Anna.

Sales person was very attentive and thorough. We weren't totally sure what we needed, but all the options were explained in detail and also follow up queries we had after agreeing the purchase. She was a credit to your company.

Good choice of chairs & options / my requirements discussed extensively. Staff very friendly & helpful.

Very nice girl's explained the different chairs and their benefits, did not pressure us to by one .

Informative and pleasant sales ladies with time to spend to discuss to ensure I picked the right chair for my husband

Welcoming, knowledgeable & supportive staff assisted us in recent visits to the beautifully presented store and also with follow-up phone calls. We look forward to the arrival of our furniture.
Many thanks to Pushpa & all who helped us. Excellent service!

The manager that dealt with us was polite professional and knowledgeable
She advised us of what was best and every question we had she could answer
She did not rush us allowing us the time to
Make a decision
Thank you for such a good experience

A really good experience with HSL, from the staff in the Peterborough showroom, to the people in head office in Wakefield, to the delivery team of Lee and Carl. Pushpa at the showroom was particularly helpful when we were making a decision about fabric, seat pad and the height of the chair.

The person helping us was very patient and did not rush us.

I was hoping for a little more money off, with the Easter offer. The chair is a little over priced, looking around other furniture shops. And I wasn’t told, at my initial visit, the price of delivery, which bumped up the price even more!

Very helpful and friendly

The assistant, Pushpa Pugh was attentive as soon as we walked through the door. She quickly ascertained the right sized chair required and took her time to make sure it was suitable. She explained everything very carefully and professionally. I was impressed by her manner. I made a purchase.

Very informative, patient and knowledgeable. Assistant Pushpa had a lovely manner, everything explained carefully.

The young lady we first dealt with in the hsl store we could not understand. She talked very quietly and had to keep checking with someone else as to what she should do next. Next time we visited another lady dealt with us and was most helpful. The delivery drivers were excellent (Craig and Shane). Lovely guys five stars for them. Marie
