HSL Chairs - Letchworth Anmeldelser

Very helpful staff who gave us time and demonstrated products well

Visited your Letchworth store on the 29/6/2026. Found staff exceedingly helpful. Answered all my questions and I was able to place my order with confidence. Diane your Comfort Specialist went out of her way to be helpful. Hopefully delivery will be of the same high standard.

Very helpful lady called Diane helped us choose our new beds. We weren't rushed and we're encouraged to take our time to choose the right mattress. She made us feel very comfortable and her knowledge was amazing

Greeted at the door with a a friendly smile and a welcome. Diane at the Letchworth store explained how HSL worked offered us a drink and showed us around. When we found the chairs we liked she sat with us and gave us a quote. When we decided to buy them we went back. Diane then told us about the order and the cool off period, and delivery. We left happy.

They gave me a cup of tea and a biscuit. They were very welcoming and even held the door open for me. They knew their product

We recently purchased furniture from the Letchworth store and couldn't be happier with both the service and the products.

A special thank you to Diane, whose patience, professionalism, and exceptional product knowledge made all the difference. We originally visited intending to buy just a chair, but Diane took the time to understand our needs, helped us try a wide range of options, guided us through colours and fabrics, and explained the current offers available. Thanks to her expertise and advice, we felt confident in our decisions and ended up purchasing a complete suite and a single bed.

I would also like to recognise the delivery team, Jason and Ashley, who were outstanding. They arrived on time, were friendly, professional, and took great care when delivering and positioning the furniture exactly where we wanted it. They also took the time to explain how everything worked, which was extremely helpful.

From the showroom experience through to delivery, the customer service has been excellent. We would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality furniture and exceptional service.

My mother is 82 and about to have a knee replacement. I took her to HSL Letchworth where she was treated like a duchess. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and guided my mother to the right reclining chair ready for when she has her op. I cannot fault HSL they were brilliant.

Diane was very helpful & polite, she did her best to help us choose a suitable colour match to our suite which we finally sorted & was very patient with us.

Great service provided both at the showroom and when the delivery team arrived, Jason and Ashley were friendly and courteous. Chair delivered and assembled very efficiently

From the friendly welcome, the style of listening to our needs, the offering of designs and options, the 300 fabric choices and the explanation of the timing of the process of manufacture and delivery, the sales lady made our whole experience feel unhurried, stress free and enjoyable. We were satisfied we were getting just what we needed. Many thanks!

Donella was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with selecting the right chair and covering for me.

Your staff are wonderful
in your Letchworth branch.
So patient and kind. Would highly recommend.

Refreshing change to experience first rate customer service, especially after the time it took to locate suitable chairs for us that are both fit for purpose, comfortable and stylish. Whilst originally a pair were listed on the computer we were actually only able to secure one chair and foot stool but Liz and her colleagues were regularly checking when new stock available and we were able to shortly complete our order. We found the after sales and delivery workforce to be excellent with their timings and telephone conversations - well done HSL Letchworth

A wonderful store. We were offered refreshments on arrival. Diane was so helpful and nothing was toomuch trouble in answering all our questions. We were able to try out and sit in all the Chairs and was not pressured at all to purchase. Diane was extremely helpful with my purchase

Excellent staff from sales to delivery.Quality product-very very comfortable.

I got my chair on time with no problems, timely.
I got instructions how to use the adjustments to chair and foot stool. Thank you!

HSL are absolutely brilliant in every way they there is no pushy selling, you can take all the time you like with the shop assistants. They are all extremely knowledgable in their field and fit you to the chair or sofa as they would be best for your requirements. We cannot thank them enough and are so looking forward to the comfort we know our new sofa and chair will bring. You are also served with tea, coffee biscuits etc and the shopping is a very relaxing experience. They have a fantastic selection of fabrics too. Thank you HSL
