HSL Chairs - Leeds Anmeldelser

They delivered the service as promised in adverts. I was impressed and recommended them to a friend in Essex who has since purchased a chair too.

Could not have had a nicer couple of people to come out to show me the demo chair, they were very informative and helpful. The chair is lovely and i am looking forward to getting it, would willingly recommend your company to people thank you

We went today and what a fantastic experience we had. Michelle was very nice and helpful she guided us in the right direction. Asked if we would like coffee and then we started mum sat in different chairs with Michelle suggested what she might need.Michelle couldn’t do enough for us and whole experience was amazing. We placed order and we gave Michelle a hug when we left. Thank you so much

We visited HSL Guiseley to look for a replacement chair for my Dad. Richard and Sue were wonderful, patient, honest, kind and Dad had now ordered the perfect chair. Thank you both for everything.

This is from my Mum, Margaret Barrett. From going into the store in Guiseley to getting the reclining chair I could have not been happier. Susan our consultant did an excellent job and was very patient showing me all the different options available. After choosing the chair the wait time was minimal and Alex and Jed who delivered the chair called me to advise what time they would be with me , which was exactly the time they said they would be here and set up the chair. This was set up perfectly for me to sit in and they also did an excellent job.

Arrived at the Guiseley store and was welcomed in by a very helpful, knowledgeable salesman, who was able to to show us chairs suitable for our needs. After deciding on type , fabric etc, we were given an estimated delivery date. We were called 1 week before the estimated delivery date and given a definite date, and a time slot.
Ian, and Paul rang to to say they would be with us in 40 minutes. They arrived spot on. They unloaded and installed the chairs, and made sure we knew how to operate the chairs.
I can only give the whole experience high praise and will certainly recommend them .

Store Manager Richard in Leeds was very helpful and patient. Delivery team Alex and Jed did a great job. We are very pleased with the chairs and the service.

Chris and Terry rang 30mins before arrival as we were told to expect.
They were both efficient and pleasant
They even positioned other furniture
For us.
A good experience

John & Sue at the Guiseley store were welcoming, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the product range and which chair would be most suitable for my elderly Mum. Her choice of chair and fabric were available on express delivery, with the chair delivered and installed by Alex & Tom the same week!!

Alex & Tom were friendly and professional. They called us on route to confirm the delivery time, installed the chair and demonstrated every detail.

Fabulous service and customer care from start to finish.....can't recommend them highly enough.

I never imagined taking my 82 year old Mum shopping for a new armchair would turn into an hour long retail therapy session! We were offered a range of options including a sensible size chair for little legs! The staff at Guiseley are knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful.Highly recommended.

Wonderful, caring customer service. Efficient and polite. This is the second time I've bought furniture from them this year and both times they've taken so much trouble. Furniture is beautiful. Complicated delivery - no problem. Thanks especially to the lovely Polly at Guiseley store.

Helpful courteous and polite. Took all packaging away and kept me informed of delivery times.

Friendly, professional service in the shop. Shown a varied range of suitable chairs. Delivery chaps were extremely efficient and I was shown how to use the controls for the recliner chair. Now I'm enjoying sitting in it!

My sofa was delivered on time with no hassle. Delivery guys phoned when they were nearly at our home to say expect them soon.
Friendly and efficient guys

From Polly's knowledge and assistance in the Guiseley store, to Carl P and Damion who delivered the new suite ( they also moved our old suite into the garage), I can't praise them enough.
The after delivery service was also excellent. The girls on the Wakefield switchboard who took messages and arranged things were pleasant and efficient.
Mark and Jason, the technicians, who came out to make the necessary adjustments to the high chair were also excellent.
I would thoroughly recommend HSL to anybody who asks.
