HSL Chairs - Farnborough Anmeldelser

I was ordering a matching cushion for my HSL chair. Excellent customer service with Alex. still waiting arrival of cushion so can't comment on finished product.

Farnbrough showroom staff were very helpful without being pushy. Some good guidance making sure we had all the options before making our final decision. Also extremely helpful on the vat free option and adjusting the price further when asked.

A nice location, good parking, a pleasant and deceptively roomy shop, good quality products and an informed and helpful staff member. Prompt and professional delivery.

Very knowledgeable staff member, enthusiastic and took me round a good mix of chairs then supported the customization of the one i selected

My wife and i was made welcome and comfortable on arrival. There was no high pressure sales talk which i hate and would of walked out if so. Karen was very professional and explained everything in detail and helped us with what we required. I would recommend the staff and company to everyone who would ask us about HSL.

The service I recieved was really good, Susan, the person who I saw and helped me with my order both this time and back in August last year. She explained all the different options that were available to me with care and patients, and understanding. I don't think I could fault her.

Very polite and understanding great customer friendly service.

Karen in Farnborough could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable. We look forward to our new furniture arriving.

The assistant was very helpful and didn’t rush us at all

Returned to HSL to purchase fireside chair having bought a sofa a few years back. Service from Sue at Farnborough store was excellent and everything went to plan with delivery within 6 weeks of placing order. Delivery timely and no fuss with plenty of notice from courteous staff and driver. Very pleased with my smart and comfortable armchair.

We received good advice and several options and left to choose

Excellent attention by staff who knew the product

Alex was just the sort of sales person you need. Informative, helpful and not pushy in any way. Was there if you needed him but knew to leave you alone as well. Thank you Alex, well done.

Very nice and helpful staff, mindful of our health needs. Informative about the different products on offer. Gave us time to think over a cup of tea and biscuits. Not pushy. Thanks.

We were the only customers in the store and Sue looked after my wife and I as if we were royalty.
She answered all our questions and pointed us to furniture that suited our height etc.
Never been in a shop for many years like this and we were even served tea and biscuits.
The best though was the lack of a hard sell which made such a change these days. Please thank her again from us.

Karen at Farnborough store was very helpful even though I explained that I had already arranged a home visit, but wanted to see the full range of chairs in store to decide which style/size was most suitable for me. I was able to see that a Super petite size would be best. I have now ordered a second standard size chair to complement `My` chair. But HSL do make very difficult to choose a suitable fabric, the books of samples are in no particular order so that I had go through all the samples to find all colours avaiable the Chamonix fabric I liked.

Parking was very easy. My husband and I were greeted at the door. We were able to wander around the show room at ease and when we needed some help Gill was on hand to give us just that. Gill was patient and gave good advice and had good knowledge of the products. My husband was undecided between two chairs, so Gill very kindly printed out two quotes for us to take away and have a think about it, there was no pressure. We went back to the same shop about a week later to make a decision and decided to purchase a chair. Unfortunately Gill was on a day off that day, but we were served by Sue I think who was equally polite and friendly. We had exceptional service from both members of staff.

The very warm welcome .Sue at Farnborough took us under her wing, explaining the difference between styles of furniture and sizes to accomodate us.We chose ‘chairs that hugged us’.She spent time with us and we really appreciated the whole experience.Would thoroughly recommend HSL.

I have to say that I can’t fault HSL Chairs. The showroom service is very professional and polite, and the delivery was on time and expert done in terms of price, you can get cheaper, but the type of sofa I wanted was not available elsewhere. I am very pleased.
