HSL Chairs - Caterham on the hill Anmeldelser

We were well looked after by Max ( Maxine) She let us take samples home to check the colours and textures for our lounge. We were not pressurised in anyway and went away and came back the following week to make our order. Luckily we did as it all changed from our original choice due to size and colour. Everyone there was very friendly and when we came back they remembered us straight away. We were also offered a drink if we wanted one. The furniture sold there is also very good quality and well needed for my arthritis.

The salesman was very informative and helpful showing what my brother needed ie rising chair and made us feel at ease a true star

Fantastic customer service as always thank you

Fantastic service from start to finish.
Delivery people were exceptional.
Very friendly and accomodating.
Highly recommend

Really helpful, professional sales staff, answered all our queries. We spent time trying different chairs and sofas before making a decision. Very much appreciated being given a discount.

Visited the Caterham store back in March this year. Was greeted by a lovely man called Pat. He was very knowledgeable & listened to what my needs / requirements were & then guided me through my choices & different costs. I went for the Ascot, leather power recliners.
It was delivered today & arrived with the HSL delivery team all packaged in boxes.
Louis & Darren brought it all in & up a very narrow staircase. They assembled it all & were very precise & diligent, I was very impressed. They were outstanding.
The entire process from arriving at the shop, to ordering & today when my furniture arrived was first rate.
HSL furniture are more expensive than the likes of DSF, etc, but you get what you pay for. This is specialist furniture.
More than a 5* service.
Extremely happy.

We visited the Caterham showroom and the staff were excellent we eventually bought 2 Hypnos mattresses and an AysgarthRiser/recliner. We spent a lot of time over 3 visits and were well looked after.
Well done HSL no hesitation in recommending you.

Excellent selection of chair styles and fabrics. The staff were friendly and helpful without pressurising me into a sale. We were even offered tea and biscuits whilst I made my mind up. My new chair was delivered today with no fuss, and it is very comfortable!

The shop in Caterham was great, staff very friendly and informative. Very knowledgeable. We will be back to look at some other products.

Everyone, from Maxine & Pat at HSL Caterham to Jason & Ashley who delivered the settee today have been excellent: very friendly and helpful. I would heartily recommend the company to others.

Excellent customer services from Joanne and Tanya at the Caterham HSL branch. On this visit our plan was to purchase a sofa (having previously purchased an electric bed from HSL)
On arrival we were made to feel welcome with complimentary coffee and biscuits. We was not rushed to make a decision and were able to stay after closing time to finalise the order. Joanne and Tanya were very knowledgeable on the products and efficient. They are a credit to the HSL team.

The sales staff at Caterham were so helpful and Maxine couldn't have been more informative. Old furniture was removed the day before delivery to make way for a beautiful chair that was delivered this morning. The whole procudure ran like clockwork. Am more than happy.

Such a wonderful and patient team at their Caterham branch. The service delivered by Tania and Jo was excellent! They went through all the options with such care and kindness and made my mother feel so at ease. I highly recommend HSL based on our experience.
