All the staff were brilliant
All the staff were brilliant. Everyone was kind and patient and friendly. We were offered something to drink, which was great because it was a very hot day.
Tammy was so understands and understood exactly our needs and had all the information to take us through the process from beginning to end. We would highly recommend this store and will definitely go again.

A well stocked showroom and helpful knowledgeable staff who took time to understand my requirements and to advise on the best suited recliner chairs for me. Would recommend this store.

Excellent service
Very helpful, friendly customer service with no pressure to buy. The sales assistant, Julie, listened to our specific needs, offered very sound advice and showed us the most suitable recliner chairs. We were offered refreshments and given time and space to consider our options.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful, friendly and professional staff. Visited twice before making a decision and were under no pressure to purchase. Our second visit coincided with a very hot day and we were offered refreshments.

We recently purchased a chair from HSL and honestly couldn’t be happier. The comfort, support, and quality are excellent, especially for elderly people who need a proper supportive recliner chair. The staff were patient, knowledgeable, and helped us choose the right chair without any pressure.
The rise and recline function is very smooth, and the chair has made everyday life much more comfortable. You can really feel the difference compared to ordinary furniture. Highly recommend HSL for anyone looking for comfortable chairs for older people, mobility support chairs, or quality recliner chairs.

That said, we’re genuinely sorry for the delay with your delivery and for the condition your sofas arrived in. We understand how frustrating and stressful this would have been, and please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
We took direct action as soon as this was brought to our attention, and we’re glad to see the issue with your furniture has now been fully resolved. Staff were unable to understand simple instructions regarding type of chair required and specific delivery schedule.
Following on from my original review Hsl have been to touch to express there disappointment that the service I received was below there expected standard.
And we’re kind enough to give me a monetary compensation.
Which was very generous.
