HP SWIMZ specialises in male-only adult swimming lessons, providing a comfortable and supportive environment for men who want to learn to swim, overcome fear of the water, or improve their technique. Our sessions are designed specifically for adults, including complete beginners who may never have had the chance to learn growing up. HP SWIMZ was created to remove the barriers many men face when trying to access swimming lessons, whether due to confidence, cultural considerations, or lack of male-only spaces. With over 17 years of swimming experience and several years teaching for major UK fitness organisations such as Total Fitness, KAL and Nuffield Health, we bring both professional instruction and real empathy to the learning process. Lessons are structured, progressive, and focused on building confidence, safety and correct technique. At HP SWIMZ, we believe it is never too late to learn. Best decision I ever made going with HP swimz, i was really scared and worried about swimming, Coach Huzaifah is a real gem!.. i was physically afraid of putting my head into the water, he took time to give me a few different techniques and by end of the lesson i was totally comfortable! Great work guys and keep it up!

Brilliant lessons
Had my first session with HP Swimz and would highly recommend to everyone. Instructor is very knowledgeable and supportive. Pushes you through any fears you may have and fills you with confidence in your own natural ability. Will be going again and again until I become a pro swimmer!

Good tips and teaching style
Huzaifah has good tips and a good procedure for helping people ease into beginning to swim…I was scared at first even just entering the water but after just one lesson I felt a lot more comfortable in moving around in the water, with a lot of skills to develop and learn but it’s a step closer in being able to swim confidently.

Everything was explained clearly, and I was able to learn new skills while building my confidence in the water. The lesson was enjoyable and well-organised. I’m looking forward to continuing my lessons and would highly recommend them to others.

the instructor was amazing - brilliant with instructions, making you feel comfortable and improving confidence. The vibes were good and with just one lesson feel like a lot of progress has been made.

Supportive, Fun And Confidence‑Building Swimming Lesson
I recently went swimming with Hpswimz and had a really positive experience.
The instructor was very supportive and quickly understood the different needs and confidence levels in the group, which helped everyone feel comfortable straight away. We got into the pool immediately and started practical activities from the first few minutes, so there was no time wasted standing around on the side. The session was focused on helping us learn to swim with clear, simple instructions and lots of encouragement. It was genuinely fun, and I left feeling more confident in the water and keen to book another lesson.
