Warning don’t buy a Hover product…
Purchased a fridge freezer Hoover HMDNB5182WWDK from AO.com. Water dispenser lid clamp snapped off after filling up the second time. Lid seal is so poorly designed it caused it to bunch up and then extra pressure on a poor designed weak clamp. Tried calling Hoover and they said it’s your own fault and not prepared to help. Called AO and they are sending a new water container out with to replace the broken part. Fantastic AO. Hoover I will never buy another product from you again and tell as many other people what to expect when they do!!! Poor customer service poor quality product…so don’t waste your money and buy from a reputable company…shame on you Hover!!!

Hover washing machine died mid wash, only 6 months old, 11 days for an engineer to call while it remains full of water and clothing. 11 days for a service call is totally unacceptable.

Caused me to lose my longstanding domain due to pure incompetence!! Stay away!
A unique experience and a great day.
I visited with a group of friends as part of a stag weekend. We were signed up for the rifle shooting, 4 x 4 driving and piloting a hovercraft that had a mind of its own. The staff were all excellent and helped us have a fantastic day. I will definitely be making a return visit.
After paying for some domains and…
After paying for some domains and calling them because there were some problem with one of them I received a confirmation that everything was correctly done. After two days, account cancelled without anyone telling me anything or giving me an explanation. Call them and they had no idea and that I had to call the day after. Call them again and the operator tells me that they have cancelled my purchase because the domain could be a scam and they basically implicitly say I was a scammer. Very disappointed.
Didn't work out for me, but support seems okay
I found hover.com from a parked domain which I wanted to purchase. Unfortunately, their domain parking system is extremely confusing and will let you renew someone else's domain which you will not receive. This isn't very good, I'd expect this to be impossible.
However, their support was helpful and refunded the renewal in full.
Likely a decent registrar otherwise, just be careful of their parked domains; you might not actually get it.
Overpriced
Overpriced. You can easily save 30-50% by switching to Cloudflare or Edomains or around 10 other providers. That's what I did and got better service too.
Hover Happiness :)
Hover has been my domain registrant for several years however I do host my email elsewhere. I have absolutely no complaints, setting up is very fast and their control panel is extremely to navigate. I generally use their chat facility for support and of the handful of times I have used it, it has been excellent.
I cannot imagine this company taking your money and not providing the service as suggested in the other reviews.
I am happy to continue with Hover as my domain registrant and at some point, when I don't need as much control over my email, I will certainly use their email hosting as the price is extremely good. The one I pay for at the moment is $60/£44/€52.

I have also just been ripped off by this company, they are very expensive, I asked for my money back but of course they found a way out
Don't be fooled, because your domain names are not exploited as well as they advertise, they are only there to steal your money
They are recommended by ETSY who also steal money from resellers
They certainly have common interests, don't be fooled
I strongly advise you not to use their so called services because they don't bring you anything!

Hover is ok...
Hover is a ok registry they have a very slow transfer process. Takes almost 2 hours for a domain transfer when other registry's can take only 1 hour or less. I just transferred 2 of my 4 letter .com domains away from them.
Horrible customer service!
I had an issue switching the redirect of my URL, not only did I get treated like an idiot, they spent the entire correspondence proving I didn't know what I was talking about and they did! No focus on the actual issue. Lots of repeating myself. Literally told me to 'turn off my router and turn it on again' LOL. I couldn't believe the commitment to being right. (They were wrong, luckily I'm not stupid and my husband & I were able to play around with the domain settings & fix it) Finally, when I stated it was really hard to get help around here and I would switch domain sites when it expires she said "Let me know if you need help switching" WOW. Blown away by this unreal rudeness and disregard for customer loyalty. Hover: Put your ego away! Business isn't personal.

Hover is a fraud company
Hover is a fraud company. Just take my payment and don’t giving me access to my domain and also don’t responding to my emails.
Potato domain registrar - AVOID - Nightmare
TLDR:
Hover.com lost our account, lost our domains, and created an accounting nightmare. Avoid at all costs.
Everything. Hover.com has been an absolutely nightmare to work with and our team only worked with them for less than 10 days before the nightmare started. We have over 1,000+ domains in our domain portfolio, managing a variety of domains for a number of different types of businesses. An employee recommended Hover.com after hearing about them to diversify our registrar portfolio.
At the 10+ day mark we attempted to login to our account to purchase additional domains, at that point we couldn't login. Password resets weren't sent to our email, account ID's weren't either. After waiting 25 minutes to talk to a live chat representative we were told that another department had to deal with the issues surrounding our account and they'd send us an email the next day.
The next day rolls around, we login to our account and NONE of the domains were in our account. This required another 10 minute wait for a live chat representative. At that point he tracked down a PORTION of the domains that were paid for and registered, the other domains that were missing simply weren't registered. Mind you we have receipt confirmation, our credit card was billed, and the domains were in our account after initially registering and paying for them.
This then led to a discussion around payments rendered, refunds processed, and additional unauthorized charges on our credit card. He couldn't resolve the billing issue and told us to "keep checking our statements" for the additional, excess charges, to be refunded.
Worst of all? The domains we were billed for, and charged, have since been registered somewhere else and cannot be registered any longer. One of which is a four-figure domain, gone!
There has been zero communication from the Hover team throughout this ordeal and the live support has been nothing but lackluster and unhelpful. We'll be filing a dispute with ICANN, and may look at other legal avenues surrounding the domains registered, paid for, and fraudulently removed from our accounts.
Just deleted all my domains
Registered a few domains with them, set them up, everything was okay. Then several days later out of the blue, they say that order failed and we will remove all your domains. Maybe try billing one more time instead? They say no, we'll just remove your domains, no comments. Just amazing.

Bought a few domain names from them over the last 5 years. They never sniped any of my domain ideas like other registrars do, and the cost was reasonable and never had a problem with transfers.
