After further emails I was provided with a replacement pair of slippers (including postage) at no cost to myself. The replacement pair are a different make (chosen by me). Whilst it took a series of emails I will say it was good to eventually receive the new pair at no further cost to myself. I am therefore happy to rate my experience from 1* to 3*

UPDATE 28.05.25 - credit card provider unable to instigate a chargeback as original purchase under £100.00 I will have to put this situation down to experience & have to accept I will not be getting a replacement pair of slippers or my money back. Obviously I will never use this retailer again.

Purchased two pairs of slippers 30.12.24. One pair unused since but the other pair became unusable within under 5 months. Photos sent showing defects & then actual slippers returned. This retailer claims defect due to wear & tear & no manufacturing defect & therefore they will not provide a free replacement pair. I was offered a £10.00 credit towards a new purchase but I declined as I feel the goods were defective - the slippers shows minimal wear on both the inside & sole areas. In their last email reply they indicated I need to pay £5.00 for the cost of postage to send back the defective slippers. Appalling after sales service in my opinion & I will raise a Chargeback request with my credit card provider as i feel the goods are not of good quality.

Excellent service. My order arrived well packaged, on time with good communication throughout. No hesitation in recommending this company.

I bought slippers for my elderly mother and we quickly concluded they were not good for her as they didn't offer enough stability, for safety's sake.

They were put back in the box on Christmas day, having only been briefly tried (inside, mostly on clean carpet). In hindsight, I wish I had given the sole a quick wipe with a wet cloth to ensure blemish free.

Mid-January I got an emailing saying they would not refund me as they had been worn and would charge me £5 for them to even send them back to me.

I replied to say I found this very questionable: I was confident the slippers were resaleable and was concerned that that's what they would do (while keeping my money). I therefore asked that if they wouldn't give a refund that they donate them to a charity and provide evidence of this.

They replied to say they would now send them back to me without charge but still no refund or exchange.

So I guess when they arrive I'll give the sole a quick wipe and donate a perfectly new pair of slippers to a local charity shop.

25 years of buying online and its the first time I've ever had this. Be warned.

I would like to thank Laura for sorting out a delivery issue for me not their fault. Laura has been brilliant very helpful and kept me informed. Fantastic customer service. I shall definitely be purchasing again.

Before Christmas I purchased 2pairs of slippers. one pair a perfect fit, the other a tad tight and not so easy to put on. I returned these with a note in the box, and also sent an email. I was contacted soon after by Laura who saw the process of replacement through with excellent communication on the exchange. On 08/01/25 I was given the small refund and on Sat.11/01/25 the required slippers arrived. First class service from a company with excellent products and and superb assistance from Laura.

I purchased slippers for my mother but did not fit properly. They kept slipping off her heels although her regular size. I have returned, unworn, in good faith for a refund but have only been offered a credit note.

Why would I want this when goods cannot be tried before buying?

I would not recommend buying from them. If goods do not fit you have to keep paying for returns until you get somethink that works.

The slippers are comfortable and fairly warm. However the base of the slippers is poorly made and was disintegrating within hours of putting them on, leaving small pieces of black material all over the floor. Wouldn’t really recommend buying these because of the mess wearing them generates.
