This was our second attempt at selling our house after a dismal experience with two other estate agents. House Fox were great from start to finish and have dealt with the current lockdown like champs. It felt like a real team effort with an excellent outcome. Thank you.

I write this with a smile on my face and happiness within when I talk about my experience with Housefox.
From the very first meeting with Neil to discuss valuations to 2 days later for the photographer to the ladies in the office it has been an incredible and easy journey for me until I moved out of my house after 8 weeks.
Housefox kept me up to date with all aspects of the sale and I can’t recommend them enough, to anyone who is thinking of moving house in the future please use this company as I can assure you that you will not be disappointed.

Housefox were absolutely brilliant, I would recommend them without doubt. When my first sale fell through due to the buyer pulling out, Housefox were unflappable and had me a new buyer in no time. They are always on hand to help by phone or email and made the whole process as easy as possible, I can't fault them in anyway.

From day 1 they were in constant contact helping me as first time buyer with chasing solicitors keeping me updated and even after we had the keys and needed some help with gas meter were there to help as due to covid 19 moving and gas meters were not top priority for british gas. But housefox helped me and wouldn't hesitate to go to them again in the future.
Personally Debbie was our estate agent and so helpful and friendly throughout.

They sold from the first viewing and they got the asking price. Couldn't recommend them enough. There were no hidden costs and amazing service.

We used Housefox for a purchase not a sale. Tim was excellent. From negotiation of the price through to a speedy completion. He was always at the end of the phone, always phoned back if necessary. All in all a great service. Will definately recommend them

From start to finish House Fox were brilliant, they kept me informed every step of the way. If I was unsure about anything or didn’t understand anything they were always at the end of the phone to help me. They were the only estate agent (on viewings) if I had a question on a property and they didn’t know the answer they told me they would find out and get back to me, and they did, the same day. No other agent I had viewings with did this. I had a lady called Debbie who looked after me, she was lovely, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them 100%.
