Order came it was wrong so I had to email loads to try get a reply..2 weeks later I got an email to say dispatching order. 2.5 week later dpd dont have order! Shame as I spend £3-400 every 2 months on another supplier and was hoping these would be as good..guess not

The shop deserves -9000 for communication. I had an issue with my order lost during delivery.

- Left them a message through the website form on 23 November
- After having no response for 2+ weeks, I pinged them on Instagram asking to respond to my webform
- It took them 5 days, but they finally responded to the 23 Nov web form
- Radio silence and no resolution since
- So, two months and a half with no updates, despite them receiving communications and still counting

If you want to deal with the shop, make sure you know how to go through the Visa/Mastercard refund process.

I had a very disappointing experience with my first order. Not only did they fail to send the full order, but they also didn’t inform me that items were out of stock. I had to chase them up for a refund, which added to the frustration. It’s poor service when customers aren’t notified about unavailable products at the time of dispatch. There are much better blank wholesalers who provide a far superior service. I won’t be ordering again and cannot recommend this company

Following my last review, regarding receiving 4/4 incorrect orders. A week after my latest return was delivered, I had to chase this company for my refund, which was then only partially issued. I then had to chase them for the remainder and I still haven't received the postage money that I paid. At this stage I think I would rather lose the money then continue to have to communicate with this company, which I think is what they want. Overall a really poor experience.

The best supplier out there hands down. Can say I’ve ever had an issue. They go above and beyond for everyone. Everything I’ve ever bought has been excellent quality too. If there’s something they don’t have and you ask they will do there best to get it too. Order one day and it’s here the next. Would definitely recommend.

Awful company! Rip people off don’t send orders as part of an open box they had on while on holiday! So I am out of pocket.
Won’t refund or send order out unless I pay postage again!
Ordered 3 times from them and had issues on 2 occasions won’t be using them again and would advise others to stay clear!
Customer services is also terrible!
They block you from their Facebook group that they use so you can’t leave reviews!

Generally, good customer service, the facebook group is frustrating as I've posted numerous posts and each one has been sitting since last year waiting for approval. Not urgent matters but questions regarding stock sizing and help regarding stock they offer. This recent order I'm rather disappointed with. I placed an order on the 15th March, I left it just over a week and still never received anything. I emailed support who Millie responded to, stating I should've received it by now but I told them, nothing arrived. The next day, I get a dispatch email with tracking. Whether they forgot my order or not, is quite upsetting really, when the website states 2-3 working days and I waited over 14 with no apologises and for them to forget about me.

I ordered a selection of Easter items to make hampers, the uv dtf quality is absolutely amazing, the mugs and children's cups were amazing quality. All items were shipped within hours of me purchasing very fast service would highly recommend
