I’ve made multiple orders from house of blanks and always been quick delivery and amazing products!
They are always my go to place and are always friendly and warming.
They answer responses rapidly, I would highly recommend!

I have done a hell of a lot of orders with Hob unfortunately iv had a few issues but this last one has pushed me to never use them again. I have had to contact them twice, first time because I had uvdtf on 3 orders that all cracked and I had to refund, I spoke to Millie and she refunded them for me ( I was still massively at a loss but she was lovely about it so I let it go) second time I ordered a glass jar and no straw came with it, I never got a reply. This last one I have had 3 orders had to be refunded so 5 now in total because the uvdtf has cracked. I emailed about it and did get a response however they hadn't read my email properly and emailed me back asking for the order nos which I had attached on the original email, I sent it through a second time, again got a reply asking about the other 5 I had mentioned and it been 7 in total so again hadn't read my email fully, I emailed back clarifying everything then received a refund for the 3 uvdtfs, no further emails from them at all. I find it quite insulting really that my business has been affected with a negative review due to the poor quality of their products and I'm now massively out of pocket for the orders iv had to refund and all the postage costs and I couldn't even get a follow up email.

Great company with a wide range of products. Fast deliver and excellent service if you have any issues.

I made my first order & am very impressed not just with the speed I got my products but the quality. I will be defo using this company again, in fact my second order is ready to send. Highly recommend xx

Iv ordered several times and always been really happy with the quality of the products. Very helpful if you have any problems. I had quite a big order of cold cups and was a few straws missing, as soon as I spoke with someone they sent them out the same day. I’ll always buy from here.

Amazing place to go for supplies. Service is outstanding and the community support they have is amazing. Always giving 110% to their customers.

Bought a wreath from them and it arrived broken in pieces and covered in dried glue. I explained in chat on messenger that I wasn’t happy and eventually they responded and said they’d refund. They did refund, but I had to message them in chat to finally be reimbursed and despite the item being completely faulty, they took the original shipping charge from my refund. Everyone was raving about these wreaths on the site so I sent an image of what I had received and got suspended. I was showing their customers an actual picture of what they would get if they were to order but house of blanks like to show catalogue photoshopped perfect images which are a far cry from the items they actually send out. First and last time ordering from them. The customer service is dire and the products match.
