I honestly cannot speak highly enough of this company. Not only do they offer bespoke and amazing quality hot tubs plus services, but they are outstanding at customer service. We were in quite a difficult situation to get a hot tub fitted for a certain time, and to say they went above and beyond to make it happen for us despite constant challenges getting in the way, would be an understatement. Carla in particular is not only amazing at what she does, and is brilliant at communication, but she really went out of her way to make this as smooth as possible for us. Kenny and his team set up the hot tub in the pouring rain over two days, no complaints and did an amazing job. We even had trouble with timings for getting it filled as we weren't going to be at the property and they once again, went above and beyond and did more than perhaps another company would have to ensure we got it filled for the timeframe we needed. If you need a hot tub, these are your people. The price is beyond fair for the service and specialised knowledge you get with Hot Tubs Oxfordshire, and the crew are brilliant. 10/10!

Excellent communication right from the start over phone and email with Kenny, all the staff were very knowledgeable, and we were able to book in a service very quickly. On the day of the service, Kieran and Paul were very friendly, worked quickly and efficiently, and left no mess behind. They took time to educate me on how to look after the hot tub, which chemicals to use/how/when etc. I can't rate them high enough, very happy and would highly recommend. Also appreciated that they didn't try and sell me anything that I didn't need, but worked with what I already had. Thanks guys!

As a company we've used Hot Tubs Oxfordshire a few times now to troubleshoot issues with clients hot tubs/swim spas and their service has always been top notch.
Most recently we asked them to repair a persistent leak on a swim spa for a long standing customer of ours, they were out within 48 hours and the problem solved. What started out as purely just a bit of fun and a long over due treat with us hiring a hot tub for a long weekend, evolved to us taking a trip to the Hot Tubs Oxfordshire showroom out of curiosity. We loved using the hot tub and pretty much as soon as we got chatting to Carla we got the bug and knew it was an investment that we wanted to make. Carla’s patience, knowledge and expertise was amazing, she took the time to get to know exactly what we were looking for, giving us all the features and benefits, pro’s and cons which was invaluable as it was such a mine field for us! The showroom had such a variety of tubs and it was so useful to help us decide what we wanted and what we didn’t. The wet test confirmed that the Marquis Spirit was the one for us, with it only being the two of us looking for that quality tub with outstanding hydrotherapy benefit. The installation was seamless, thanks so much to Paul and Kieran who installed the tub in the absolute pouring rain and cold. We really appreciated the time that Kieran took during installation to go over all of the maintenance and chemical side of things, we refer to our notes often and so far things are ticking over beautifully. We also have the peace of mind that Carla, Kenny and Team are on hand to answer and questions or help with any problems in the future. It is not often these days you get great service from start to finish. From our initial visit to the showroom to installation everything was perfect. Carla took time to understand our families needs including those of our disabled son. Our tub arrived when promised and installation by Paul and Kieran went smoothly.

I highly recommend this company if you want a hot tub this is the place to be looking!!. The service i have received from Carla,Kenny and the team has been absolutely outstanding!!. They are always at the end of the phone with lots of support and help. When we first walked in Carla,Kenny and the team gave us such a warm welcome and was Fantastic with the kids when they wanted to sit in the hot tubs to try them out. We never felt pushed into buying anything we looked at all the hot tubs they had to offer they all looked absolutely amazing. We brought a Marquis hot tub and that is a luxury bit of kit we have it’s amazing. We have had ours for a month now and are still learning how to do all the chemicals but what I love is how Carla,Kenny and the team are always there on the phone to help and support you to get it all right. The service we have received from them and are still receiving is absolutely outstanding!!. I cannot thank you enough for helping us choose the right hot tub. When Kenny and Kieran brought the hot tub to be installed they were fantastic and very professional and listened to where I wanted it. They stayed with us most the day telling us and showing us Everything we needed to know about the hot tub they asked if we had any questions we wanted answering and said as they left if you need us for anything please call. I cannot express enough at how amazing Carla,Kenny and the team are!! So if ur looking for a hot tub this is the place to be looking !!!

When our old hot tub broke I reached out to Carla and Kenny and they worked overtime to help us get a replacement in place. Amazingly they turned it all around in less than a week!! The installation went smoothly and as a result we had some extremely happy kids over the half term holiday!!

It is a great company to deal with and they always go the extra mile to make sure you have everything that you need. I can highly recommend them and we are extremely happy with the Hot Tub they recommended.

From start to finish Carla, Kenny and their team have guided us through the process of finally owning our own hot tub, with their exceptional knowledge, advice and support. We had no idea what particular hot tub we were looking for and thanks to Carla’s time and incredible knowledge we found the perfect one that complemented our whole family. The Marquis was great for our growing family who varied so much in height- The Marquis provided seats that varied in height too so was absolutely perfect!
Carla patiently showed us around different hot tub styles, allowing us to try them to find the best fit.
The installation ran perfectly smooth and the team were fantastic throughout. We really appreciated all the time Kieran took explaining how to maintain the hot tub and answering any questions we had.

A fantastic Spa accompanied by superior delivery and after-sale service.

We Ordered a Spa around Christmas 2020 from Hot Tubs Oxfordshire. The building it was for had not been completed by the delivery time, a couple of short months later, despite this, they easily accommodated the new completion date with no extra charges or issues.

The product was delivered and setup with no stress and showing a good deal of experience from all three company members, especially with the informative presentation afterwards.

The Spa has been used a great deal since it was delivered and setup, over the last 6 months. It works without fault and looks perfect - it definitely adds the 'wow factor' to the Garden space. It also serves as an excellent rehabilitation pool for one of the family members, who is enjoying it very much.

The Spa we ordered seats 6-7 with added comfort room. It is used at least 3-5 times weekly and takes little to no effort to take care of. The water is tested 1-2 hours before each use and has required very little additives (of which, was supplied at delivery).

We now look forward to using the Spa at every opportunity, it is a very welcome relief from C-19 to be able to come home and use the Spa in the comfort of those you trust without worry or fears for safety.

The 3 guys that did the work , Kieran Dave & Jake were superb , great knowledge, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A brilliant company that I’d definitely recommend. Kenny and Carla are both so knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. All emails were responded to straight away and our hot tub was in within weeks. We are over the moon with it and I wouldn’t buy from anywhere else.
