Cannot recommend enough! Great service from enquiring to ordering to delivery. The hot tub itself is incredible, so relaxing and completely relieves any muscle pain or tension! We have used it so much since installing it as it is so easy to maintain and keep in perfect condition.

Buying a hot tub is a big purchase, and Hot Tub Master made sure I was confident I was making the right choice. I opted for the Hunter Y, and I couldn't be happier!
This is my first hot tub and therefore I had hundreds of questions, of which the friendly and knowledgeable staff answered them all without me feeling stupid!
The quality of the tub itself is really great - because of COVID I wasn't able to visit the showroom, so bought it purely online based on photos (and reading reviews like this!). I was therefore slightly apprehensive about it, but when it arrived those fears instantly disappeared!
I've now been enjoying my hot tub for a couple of months, and have had no issues at all - it's been an amazing addition to the garden!

Very happy with our hot tub and everything done by Hot Tub master. Have recommended them to lots of friends already who will also buy later this year. Could not live without our tub now, perfect way to start and end any day! Expect elec to go up but only compare this to having a few coffees out each month, you'll get much more out of it!

I purchased my hot tub through Costco who we’re not very responsive or helpful at all. However hot tub master made up for this completely with excellent customer service from the point of purchase up to delivery being very accommodating. The delivery people we’re very efficient, friendly, and helpful and I was given all the relevant advice both during my purchase and delivery. The product is of very good quality and support is available from customer service when required. Highly recommend, purchase local and within the U.K. !

Recently bought a sky steam 6 seat hot tub from 'hot tub master' the process of ordering the hot tub was straight froward. We were informed of all the requirements from my end from access to electricity supply and delivery. The delivery guys were very polite and couldn't do enough to help squeeze the tub down a very narrow alley way and lift onto 2 levels of decking, all while taking care not to damage both the tub and my house/garden.

We’ve bought a Sky Stream hot tub last year, the delivery was very organised we’ve had to lift the hot tub over the roof and this was not an issue coordinating between the delivery team and local hot tub lifting company. Our electrician had no issues connecting the tub and this was done in less than one hour. The hot tub itself: no issues, easy to operate and to clean works great we’ve had it operating over winter months with no issues whatsoever. Jets are very powerful. Love the LED’s. Overall great company, great product and overall 5 star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic service from start to finish, tub was delivered and installed by lunch time on the day of delivery! The tub is amazing and we are so happy with it, follow up customer service has been great, any questions answered, would definitely recommend.

Great service during the whole process from ordering, installation and follow up. The spa is just as described. Any questions were answered demonstating knowledge of the specific product. Installation was on the day and time stated, even through we were under some restrictions. I have had a follow up call to check every thing is ok and the spa is working well. Brilliant Service!!

I bought a hot tub as a surprise for my family for Christmas and we are all in love with it. The seats, the jets, the lights, everything about it adds to the relaxed atmosphere.

Our hot tub was delivered and installed on the 16th December 2020. The guys who did the installation were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. They give me clear instruction and helpful tips given that this was the first hot tub we have owned.
The process of purchase to installation was simple and straight forward. I would have no problem, and actually have recommended them to friends.
