They should change their name from Hotsourced to Cold-Unsourced 😡😡😡.
I feel HOTSOURCED is a fake recruitment company, they’re just gathering personal information. They don’t offer any jobs, believe me. Finally, they will Auto-Reply / same copy paste reply when responding to the status of your job application via email without human touch. Simply pathetic. Now someone will come with clarification and will ask me to send email to them 😂😂😂😂😂. Kindly STOP making candidates Fool. Have some Moral code of business ETHICS.

Hi Jazz, we understand its hard to put time and energy into an application and not receive positive news back. You've raised a few points in your review and we'd like to take the time to address each of them.
Yes, we ask for some personal information when you apply, this is because we conduct a background check on all candidates as part of the recruitment service that we provide for our clients. I am sure you can understand how important it is to validate a candidate is who they say they are, and has had the experience they claim to have had. We delete the data of those who do not successfully pass. However, we value your feedback and will look into the possibility of requesting this information at a later stage, to prevent unsuitable candidates from having to submit this information unnecessarily.
It's worth noting we also anonymise the name of our clients in the jobs we advertise online, to prevent our clients from being bombarded by messages and emails from candidates. At the interview stage, however, we do share the name and information of the client so candidates can be well-researched on them ahead of their interviews.
And yes, we generally send out automated emails to those who do not pass the first stages of our assessment process. This is because, regretfully, we are simply unable to hand write thousands of these emails everyday, given the huge number of applications we receive. We do however write more personalised emails for those who make it to the interview stage with us.

So I came across Hotsourced in late 2023 and was impressed with the concept and thought it would be worth going through the process to try see what they could could deliver.
So now we are in march 2024 and not only have we found exactly what we need in the team it has completely opened my eyes to how we can continue to grow our team using Hotsourced and its not a question of if we will continue to work with them but how fast can we move forward with them.
The management team at Hotsourced are mega, always there to help made the process so easy.
