We book two rooms with more than 10%…

We book two rooms with more than 10% lower rates and we save for my family and friend. I had some doubts but it turn great experience… they have true 24/7 support and really friendly stuff.

Great deal, legit site, no scam! A real person’s review

If you’re in doubt about Hotelsnest’s legitimacy (like I was), read this review!

So in January 2025, I booked a stay at Lindos Aqua Terra for June 2025, a 4 star boutique hotel in Rhodes (can only recommend btw!!!) via Hotelsnest, as they had by far the best price. Checked Trustpilot beforehand, everything looked good. Only after completing the booking (which included a 50% non-refundable deposit), I took a closer look at the reviews on here… And noticed that a lot of them follow a very similar structure and come from (verified) accounts that have only written one review, incidentally for HotelsNest. Hm. That raised some doubts for me and I was scared I had been scammed, as their advertised WhatsApp support also took a few days to respond, and no one answered their hotline. Additionally, when the second payment was due, they said they weren’t able to charge my credit card and would cancel the booking (meaning bye-bye, non refundable deposit) if the second attempt didn’t work. Needless to say, I was sure I had been scammed as I didn’t even see an attempted charge in my American Express account. After all, there are quite a few negative reviews on here that criticize HotelsNest’s practices.

HOWEVER, everything worked out great in the end!!! I talked to a real, English-speaking woman on the phone with a British accent who helped resolve the credit card issue - and our booking at the hotel turned out to be real and confirmed, I am writing this review from the beach in Rhodes after 5 days of vacation! Thanks to HotelsNest, we did indeed get a great price and enjoyed quick customer support, at least the second time around, as many of the other reviews here say (real or not). So if you’re uncertain about the authenticity of HotelsNest like I was, I can reassure you everything is legit! And thanks to them, we had the best vacation in an otherwise even more expensive hotel. I would only kindly suggest that HotelsNest send an automatic “Are you ready for your upcoming stay?” email like 2 days beforehand, like Booking.com does. That would have reassured me more. Otherwise, I would totally use them again!

Quick and straight forward booking process

I was looking for a quiet place for a short retreat and stumbled across this platform.

Found a cozy little hotel that wasn’t showing up on other sites, and the rate was fantastic. I appreciated how clean and straightforward the booking process was—no pop-ups, no pushy add-ons.

Later, I had a question about airport transfers. The support team responded right away, gave me multiple options, and even contacted the hotel for confirmation.

It’s that kind of attention to detail that makes me trust them.

They may not be the biggest name out there, but they deliver better service than most of the big players.

Hassle free travel booking

I’ve tried many travel sites, but this one keeps impressing me.

Their support was excellent when I had a last-minute request to extend my stay by one night. Instead of telling me to contact the hotel, they handled it all and confirmed the new details within the hour.

Excellent Support During an Emergency

I recently had an unexpected emergency while traveling and needed to change my flight and hotel bookings on short notice. HotelsNest's customer support team went above and beyond to assist me. fraudulent site - taken money and cancelled my rooms

Booked 2 hotel rooms in September...paid in full. The hotel contacted me at the end of November saying my rooms had been cancelled as they had not been paid for. HotelsNest told me that Stripe had flagged my card (no reason for that to happen as i have been using that card with no problems elsewhere) and I would be getting full refunds within 10 days. I still have not recieved anything and am now persuing with my credit card company.

I only put in the request to my bank today so it is untrue that you stopped the refund for this reason.. I have emailed you directly too

Scam! They charge money and don't give it back

I made a reservation that explicitly stated payment would not be taken in advance, yet to my surprise, they charged my card immediately. When I reached out to customer service, they acknowledged the error and promised a refund.

Fast forward nearly a month, and I still have not received the refund or any confirmation from them. To make matters worse, they have stopped responding to my messages entirely. This experience feels like a scam, and I would advise others to be cautious when using their services. It's incredibly disappointing to deal with a company that lacks accountability and transparency

Best prices and great customer service! Pickup up the phone without spending time on the line, very helpful. Communicate with the hotel so answer all questions And requirements. Even was willing to cancel after the free cancellation date only for very small cancellation fee. Am really pleased with this service.

Do not honor bookings that are paid for.

We found a good price for a hotel and booked it, paying a deposit. Then we got an e-mail that the booking "cannot be honored" due to the price being for "the local market only." Then why did you make it available to me?

Edit: The site's response is not true. We did NOT use a fake location. They even admitted it was their error in the email. And now instead of taking responsibility, they're making up stories.

They also did not offer alternatives, but to pay a much higher price for the original booking.

My friend recommended hotelsnest and we…

My friend recommended hotelsnest and we boomed the same hotel Marbela in Corfu for great price.

They upgrade us to their Nestelite program and we got free transfers.

Their best service is that they answer in their whatsapp support anytime.

I will definitely check again their rates for my future hotel bookings.

One of the best hotel site that I visited lately.

Very easy to use and clear pricing, I booked a hotel in Athens and Crete for my family. Their telephone support is amazing and they know about the hotels that they are selling…. I spoke with a Greek guy!!!

They don’t offer flight so I would highly recommend to add this feature….

I rarely write reviews but Hotelsnest support exceed my expectations.

Dimitri was so helpful with my hotel booking g and other arrangements like transfers and car rental.

We communicate with WhatsApp which I found extremely helpful.
My booked rate was 15% discounted and I like that their rates are available without login.
