Takes no responsibility, bad and slow costumer support, a company not to be trusted for your services!

I lost all my data, no responses for months, all they could say was, we can refund you your payment?

I would not trust this company to even be a company worth the ink if any its printed on as for a logo..

Stay away SERIOUSLY!

I prepaid for a 12-month plan. My VPS stopped working at the end of April and has never come back online. That is now roughly three months of paying for a service that does not exist.

Support tickets went unanswered. I was eventually told the product was being discontinued, but no refund was offered for the months I had already paid for and did not receive, and follow-up tickets since then have been ignored entirely.

There was no advance warning and no window to take a final backup. So on top of losing the money for the unused portion of the term, I lost the data that was on the server. The financial loss is frustrating. The data loss is worse, because a single notice email would have prevented it.

I would also point out that public posts in hosting community forums have been dismissive toward the customers raising these issues, rather than addressing them. That is a choice, and it tells you what to expect if something goes wrong with your own account.

I still have my invoices, payment records and full ticket history. I am simply asking for a pro-rata refund for the period that was paid for and not delivered. Until that is resolved, I would strongly advise against prepaying this provider for any long-term plan.

I bought one of their VPS offerings on Black Friday 2024. They don't offer an uptime guarantee like other providers, which is a major issue! The VPS often goes down without proper communication regarding the cause. On top of that, support is basically non-existent. If you create a support ticket, they show zero interest in replying and only do so at their own discretion. This can take days or even weeks. They also delete tickets, which is very unprofessional! On April 24, 2026, they faced a major outage, and my VPS has been down since then with no ETA on when it will be up and running again. The tickets I've created remain unanswered. I've asked for a refund and they didn't reply to that either. They are banned from LowEndTalk! Always stay away from this provider!

About two months ago, their VPS host nodes stopped working, and all clients’ VPSes vanished. Since then, they haven’t responded to support tickets or refunded any money. They have simply disappeared.

They were quite active on the LET forum, but since this happened, they have basically gone silent. No service, no refunds, and no explanation of what’s going on. Think twice before choosing to be hosted by such a company.

Update: after several months they finally woke up and refunded me. Still don't know what happened here. Strange host...

I'm a client since 2020. It's okay till they have some problems. Had 2 weeks longes downtime untill 2026. 1 jan my VPS went down and service isn't resolving anything. Currently 20 days downtime and Hostclick doing nothing.

Services okay, support is awful.

Great service overall, we were looking for high bandwidth servers with a multi-homed provider and HostSlick sorted us out really quickly. Great pricing for the amount of Bandwidth we needed, overall very smooth experience.

Worst hosting ever. Bought 5 TB vps on 10 Gbit, it cant get to 5 mbit speed at all, IOWAIT on disk is montruos i get iowait in range of 150! ....support which is not existent (one guy runs all) says it is "shared". Do not buy anything from this clown, save your money. Hostslick was banned from lowendtalk because of worst service ever, read more on lowendtalk forum and skip this hosting forever.

Ridiculous service.
Server was down for many times, and now my VPS is totally gone for the second time (I suspect data loss and they don't want to admit it): A few days ago my VPS was completely gone and my ticket remains unanswered for more than 10 days. If you ever considered their VPS offer, think twice. I had enough and I'll never use them anymore. Talk with your bank or so if you face difficulty reaching them out via tickets, they don't deserve anything from you.

It started as a good solid and affordable service but during the time that changed, unstable lots of IPv6/IPv4 outages... data lose, and after he upgraded some harder it became terrible and unreliable, sudden reboots, IPv6 is now down for over 1 month and he doesn't communicate with his customers, all he said is he will fix it ASAP, but constantly sending PROMO e-mails. I canceled my service with him because he also doesn't answer tickets in weeks.

I have the opportunity to write a review on a low cost VPS that I bought on sale for a year twice. I t was a server with the following specs: 12228 MB Ram, 6 Core, 150 GB HDD

Over the course of a year, I had several problems with downtime that lasted more than 24h, which I accepted due to the price and the proactive approach in support - the server was only running TS3 and VPN, not anything important.

Unfortunately, the proactive support approach has gone silent the last few days and at the time of writing this review the server has been offline for more than 48h. I pointed out these reviews in the ticket as well, but no response, unfortunately. So I can't recommend it even in the context of a low cost VPS.

I know it's a BF deal so I really do not have much expectations on SLA, etc. Though I cannot accept tickets being unresolved for several days, VPS down days before its expiration and dashboard account deleted without notice or explanation - while the man is still actively participating in discussions on LET.
It's somehow cost-effective but not reliable at all, cannot meet basic requirements.

I've never used such a bad server. It only worked 7 hours and now it is down, it can't turn on now !

I guarantee the positive reviews are fake. This company is ran one by a child in Germany. Avoid at all cost. Very unprofessional, caca support and completely unreliable.

I've been using this VPS for a month, and it's been excellent. The cost is lower than any other provider offering the same amount of RAM and CPU. However, it would be even better if the server came with pre-built OS packages that include enhanced security features and software, rather than having to install them manually.

I have been quite disappointed with my experience at HostSlick. The server quality has been inconsistent, and the web dashboard is not user-friendly at all. Resetting the server has proven to be a frustrating challenge, and the operating system options are limited compared to what I've experienced with other major VPS providers.
Additionally, I've encountered delayed responses from customer service, which has only added to my frustration. The overall performance of the VPS has not met my expectations, and I feel that the support provided does not align with the needs of their customers.
One concerning aspect is that the ISP details link back to EGIHosting, which raises questions about HostSlick's credibility in claiming that they own and operate all their infrastructure. This connection makes me skeptical about the level of service and reliability they can truly provide.
Given these issues, I will not be continuing my service with HostSlick, and I would advise potential customers to carefully consider their options before committing.

HOSTCAY

Requested a VPS on May 6 via a link from lowendbox. Ordered and paid. After 2 days no server was delivered, so I created a ticket; I received an answer on May 8 that that service was no longer sold and a refund had been initiated. As of June 13, no refund has been received yet. After trying to contact several times, there is no response. Hopefully it will be here and I will get my payment back soon.

One of the cheap and sustainable web hosting provider.
Just give a try once.
