Much better experience than the others

Much better experience than the others. Large value purchase account setup and operational in a matter of days. There are always little things here and there to understand for a new account but these guys went above and beyond to work through all of my questions.

Great customer service

Great customer service, expedited approval and very professional. Angie was my customer service agent. She was a pleasure to work with and provided excellent service. She was very responsive to emails and questions I had. I appreciate the whole team for providing excellent and expedited processing for my merchant account to enable my online business to continue. I highly recommend Host Merchant Services.

In an competitive marketplace that traditionally yields terrible service, Lou Honick and his top-notch team of account managers, finance experts, and user experience engineers, have separated themselves from the rest of the market by providing smart business tools, state of the art point of sale equipment, and a patient and motivated staff that is committed to ensuring that customers increase value and productivity while keeping their processing costs low.

Great service

Great service, the terminal came free and is working great. Also, I get to enjoy the low deduction rate compared to other companies’. I’m glad I made the right choice.
