Helpful consultation. The representative asked me great questions about my needs and gave me advice when I wasn't sure what was important to consider. I would have liked it if they were more willing to look into the website builder I have been exploring that they don't have any experience with when I asked them for their opinion about it. Nonetheless, the quality of service I received for free was excellent.

You are promoting and offering website and discount codes for scamming people. I have proof and I'm gonna publish the record video everywhere about your chat scammers!
They redirected me on flaunt7.com to buy an domain and hosting using them CODE for 50% discount. I bought some things from there and abracadabra. My account has a huge bill to repay, payment never done but my money are at them,no services activated!

Another site that manipulates the hosting industry. Makes the people think that it has real reviews. But nope. None of my reviews are published so far. Good or bad it does not matter. No way to add a positive review to a host which has low review on their site, or a bad review to a host with a high rate.

Recently we are getting over 1k reviews a day which causes many reviews to go into a longer pipe-line than usual as each review is being manually checked by a human being.
We are working on increasing our manpower in regards to reviews approval right now and hopefully we will be back to the normal approval/disapproval pace that we used to be at before COVID-19.
Rest assured that we do accept EVERY single review as long as it's authentic, appropriate and not biased that was written by a real web host customer.

They are approving fake reviews
They are approving fake reviews. I am the Founder & CEO of Global Hosting Service. I asked them about fake review and proof of scam and they blocked me from web chat. I can understand they can not filter fake reviews one by one but if a company owner asking for proof and they do not have proof then why they are keeping fake review on their website? It means they are working with our competitors to defame us. Very bad

The site is FAKE. They will remove bad reviews from their paid clientele like Flaunt7. When contacted, they said they check each reviews and will remove fake reviews BUT the problem is that those are not fake reviews! How can so many customers experience the same issue of hacked and deleted date be fake!
"Looks like hostadvice's policy "Our user’s trust is our #1 priority! So Hosting Companies can't pay to change or delete reviews." is lie as well. There was a bunch of bad reviews from ungry customers, due to flaunt7 security failu
re that caused lost of data of sharing hosting clients, that are now gone. I'll never buy any hosting service guided by reviews here, knowing that the bad ones are removed anyway."

It's unfortunate that after all of the hard work that the community of HostAdvice is giving in order to keep the reviews as authentic as possible, people like you come and pretty much flame all over.
We've never recieved any email from you any sort of complaint from "Jack" in our emails for the past 14 weeks.
HostAdvice is reviewing every case of fake review or any sort of 'incentivized' reviews and this is our number one priority for 10 years.
The company you are referring to: "Flaunt7" has been getting an overwhelmingly amount of negative reviews due to a major breach they have had recently unfortunately.
We are doing our best to keep the pace with the amount of reviews that are being published on a daily basis and to make sure that they are authentic.
Because of the overwhelming amount of reviews, it may take more than 48 hours to see your review live as it has to be reviewed first and this is probably why you think that your review has been ignored.
However, it would be much appreciated if you actually reached out and simply asked.
