I run a reverse-recruitment practice for professionals who want targeted roles, tailored applications, and daily visibility — without turning the job search into a second full-time job. The job-search industry is broken in two halves. Recruiters work for employers, not candidates. Resume writers and career coaches hand you documents and wish you luck. Nobody actually runs the search. That is the gap this practice fills, and it is the only thing I do. Every engagement is a custom-scoped operation handled end-to-end: positioning, sourcing, daily applications, interview preparation, and negotiation. Roles are sourced directly from company career portals and ATS systems — no Easy Apply shortcuts, no aggregator dependency. Every resume and cover letter is tailored to the specific role in a natural, human tone. Every submission is approved by you first, and a shared live tracker keeps the whole search transparent. I bring 10+ years in HR and corporate talent acquisition, an MBA, the SPHRi credential from HRCI, and a Harvard teaching certificate to each search. I have seen what gets read in an inbox of 400 applications and what gets filtered — that pattern recognition, across 540+ projects and a 4.8★ record on Fiverr and Upwork, is what I apply to your search. I am not a recruiter with roles to fill, not a coach with generic frameworks, and not an AI tool that batch-applies. I work with a small team and cap active engagements at 3–5 so every search keeps human review and your approval. Searches run globally, with the strongest networks across the USA, Canada, Europe, and the GCC.

It has been a very resourceful and efficient collaboration with Hosney. The support , ways of working, cost and time is very appreciated. Thanks for good work and support in journey for finding next opportunities . Best of luck for yours .
I had a great experience working with Hosney. He helped revise my resume and LinkedIn, handled the job search and application process, and consistently kept me updated throughout everything. He was very responsive, organized, and open to feedback whenever I wanted to adjust the types of roles we were targeting.
Most importantly, the applications did generate results, and I received multiple interview requests during and after our time working together. The job market can obviously be unpredictable and there are factors outside anyone’s control, but Hosney was always transparent about that and continued doing what he could to improve my chances.
I also really appreciated that he continued to check in and offer support even after the project was completed. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend Hosney to anyone who doesn't have the time to manage a full job search themselves and wants someone to help with the process.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a thoughtful and detailed review. It genuinely means a lot.
Working with you was a real pleasure. You were engaged throughout the process, open in your feedback, and clear about what you wanted, which made calibrating the search much easier. The interview traction you saw is exactly what we aim for, and I am glad the transparency about the market side of things landed well.
The door stays open. Whenever you need a second set of eyes on an opportunity, a prep session, or just to think something through, reach out anytime.
Wishing you the best in what comes next.
Best regards,
Hosney
I worked with Hosney when I was feeling lost career-wise and needed some help getting back on track. He was extremely helpful with the entire process, from the resume rework to applying for suitable jobs and suggesting alternate paths I could potentially take. I highly recommend his services to anyone!

Thank you so much for the kind words and for the recommendation.
I remember the starting point of our conversations well, and it was great to see the clarity return as we worked through the resume, the applications, and the alternate paths. You were open to exploring options, which made the process much more productive.
Whenever you need support again, whether it is a check in, a review, or a new direction to think through, I am here.
Wishing you continued momentum.
Best regards,
Hosney
Honey was amazing and made the process of looking for a new job so easy. Within a few weeks of working together, I had several interviews. Hosney shared detailed prep for each opportunity I shared with him and was super communicative throughout the whole journey. After 3 months of working together, I got and signed an offer! I'm already recommending Hosney to all my friends and colleagues who are interested in advancing or shaking up their careers.

Thank you so much for this, and huge congratulations again on the offer.
Three months from start to signed offer, with several interviews along the way, is exactly the trajectory we were working toward. You did the hard part in the interview rooms. The prep work is only useful when the person walking in with it is prepared to use it, and you did.
The recommendations to your friends and colleagues mean a lot. If any of them want to have a conversation, I am happy to make the time.
Wishing you a strong start in the new role.
Best regards,
Hosney
Hosney is a true pro, I mean he went and got his MBA in the field so he can always keep up to date on new trends with resumes and find out how to best prepare you once you do get the interview. His prep work is great and he is so dependable. He will keep track of all of the applications sent and will have a spreadsheet of all that he has applied for and status. He also has put a tremendous amount of work in detailing which jobs to apply for based on skills and preferences. As you go along the jobs will align more and more. He is a friend of mine and you can trust him.

Thank you, my friend. This one really made my day.
The spreadsheet, the tracking, the calibration as we go, that is the part most people do not see, and I appreciate you calling it out. Your trust and your patience through the process made the work much easier to do well.
Always here whenever you need anything, whether it is job related or otherwise.
Hosney
I had an excellent experience working with Hosney, and I genuinely cannot recommend him highly enough. From the very beginning, he was professional, reliable, responsive, and extremely committed to delivering high-quality work.
What stood out to me the most was his professionalism and attention to detail. He took the time to understand what was needed, communicated clearly throughout the process, and consistently made sure everything was handled properly and efficiently. He was also very flexible, supportive, and solution-oriented whenever anything came up.
Hosney is someone you can genuinely trust to take responsibility, deliver on his commitments, and make the entire experience smooth and stress-free. His attitude, work ethic, communication, and dedication really set him apart.
I truly appreciated working with him and the value he brought throughout our collaboration. It was a great experience, and I would absolutely be happy to work with him again in the future.
If you are looking for someone professional, trustworthy, dedicated, and genuinely committed to doing excellent work, I would highly recommend Hosney. He definitely deserves 5 stars!

Thank you so much for this generous and detailed review. It genuinely means a lot to me.
What stood out on my side was how clear and collaborative you were throughout, which made it much easier to focus on delivering the work at the standard it deserved. Trust and clear communication from the client side are what allow the process to run smoothly, and you brought both consistently.
It would be a pleasure to work together again in the future. Whenever the need comes up, or if I can support in any other way, reach out anytime.
With appreciation,

After being on the job hunt for over a year on my own Hosney was super helpful and proactive. He is very thorough and super communicative during the process. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much, Maleeha. A year-plus solo search is a hard place to be, and I am really glad we could shift the momentum together. Proactive thoroughness is the standard I hold myself to in every engagement, so it means a lot to see that reflected in your experience. Wishing you all the best going forward, and thank you for the recommendation.
Hosney was super helpful during my application process and landed me a job ultimately. He's fair and reasonable and did great customization work for specific jobs. His WhatsApp and Google Sheets process makes things super low lift and easy.

Thank you, AJ. Congratulations on landing the role, and thank you for calling out the workflow specifically. Keeping the process low-lift on the candidate side (through WhatsApp and the shared Google Sheet) is a deliberate design choice because job searching is stressful enough without adding friction from the process itself. Grateful for the trust and for taking the time to leave this review.
Hosney did an incredible job with my reverse recruiting process. He was extremely communicative, detail-oriented, and moved quickly throughout the entire search. He listened closely to my feedback, adjusted the strategy when needed, and consistently found high-quality opportunities that actually matched what I was looking for.
What impressed me most was the result. I was searching in a very competitive and impacted job market, and within just eight weeks, I received an offer.
Hosney was responsive, organized, and persistent from start to finish. I always knew what was happening, what the next steps were, and felt like he was genuinely invested in finding me the right opportunity rather than simply applying to as many jobs as possible.
I would absolutely recommend Hosney to anyone looking for help with their job search, especially in a difficult market. Great experience and, most importantly, great results.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this. Landing an offer in just eight weeks in a competitive market is a strong outcome, and I am genuinely happy for you. The point about finding the right opportunity rather than volume for the sake of it is exactly how I try to run every engagement, so hearing that reflected back means a lot. Wishing you a strong start in the new role, and thank you for the trust throughout.
Hosney helped me revise messaging on professional socials and resumes to consider bot analyses, then sought and applied to over 100 roles in a relatively short time. If you're looking to enhance your understanding of the post-AI job market and accelerate applications, I'd recommend Hosney.

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review, and for calling out the specific work on bot analyses and post-AI job market positioning. Modern application funnels increasingly filter through automated systems before human eyes, so tuning materials to that reality (while keeping them authentic for the human reader) is a core part of how I approach the practice. Wishing you continued success in the search, and thank you for the recommendation.
It genuinely means a lot.
Hosney did an amazing job rewriting my resume and including relevant keywords to maximize results. I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking help with their job search!

Resume rewrites with strategic keyword integration (calibrated for both ATS parsing and human reader engagement) are foundational to how I run the reverse recruitment engagement. It was a pleasure working with you, and I appreciate the recommendation.
Wishing you all the best in the roles ahead.
Hosney keeps it organized and puts all the care for every single step. The best.

Hosney is a very polite person but didn't understand what I was looking for workwise

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback, and I genuinely appreciate the honesty on where the engagement fell short of what you were looking for. Understanding a client's specific goals is the foundation of every reverse recruitment engagement, and if I missed the mark on your situation, that is important feedback for me to sit with and learn from. If you would be open to reconnecting, I would welcome the opportunity to understand more about what you were seeking and revisit whether I can support the search differently. Either way, wishing you the best in landing the right opportunity.
