Very nice staff organized and prepared for everything, I'm new in this niche but they explained everything to me very clearly and on top of that did a great job providing services. I'm very happy with them 100%and would recommend them to others!
The customer service was really polite.
Send me new T and could keep the size that not fitted me, really happy about it as I gave the T to my brother.
I ordered a wrong size... I got the email saying that I need to pay for shipping, but I asked them politely to sort it out somehow without paying an d they send me a new one. Without extra cost. They replied quickly tho.

Unacceptable experience. I ordered a gray sweatshirt. They sent me a tan one. I asked for a refund. They told me I needed to pay for the shipping cost. I explained that I did not make the mistake so I did not want to pay for shipping cost. They haven't given me a refund, an apology or the right garment. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. It is terrible customer service and the quality of the shirt was terrible.

Hey, we are new owners of the domain. And we noticed the incident you had with the previous company. But we are totally different company, just with the same domain, could you please adjust the review? As we just starting out the project, and it seems to have a really bad reputation on the domain it self.
I ordered some clothes from there and the measure sheets were American so my sizes came out wrong. I've tried to resolve this with them, stating on their returns policy "We'll replace any product within 30 days of receipt, or give you a full refund - whichever you'd prefer.". I contacted them about this and I simply got told I can either have "In-Store Credit" or they just offered a 50% off code. "You can buy one more item and keep the old one.The special code would cover 50% of your orders cost. ". I've now tried to compromise and take the in-store credit and they've just ignored me since.
After this my experience with them has been very poor and I've not have a reply since Tuesday, 26th June. It's not 12/7/18. They're a horrific company when it comes to giving back, wouldn't recommend. Bare in mind I spend £79.98 with them and they treat me like this, disgusting if you ask me!
