Absolutely terrible quality product. We bought the infrared boots. Stopped working partially after 3 months and almost fully after 6 months. Bought the warranty BUT this doesn't cover the nearly £40 to ship back to them. Customer service is completely woeful and replies are shocking. Paid £120 for two infrared boots that look like they cost about £10 to make from some generic factory. So so annoyed as I purchased these to help my horse recover from a suspensory ligament injury and have already spent thousands on vets bills, and now to have wasted my money on these. This brand does NOT care about horse owners and will take your money and send you a product which in my opinion isn't worth half of what we paid for it. Don't even know if they helped at all. Purchased an Inzy's joint relief torch BEFORE THESE BOOTS and this is much better quality AND HAS LASTED LONGER DESPITE BEING NEARLY TWO YEARS OLD. Will never go near horse halo again after this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Misleading marketing
I purchased from this company recently and my decision was influenced by a promotion benefit at that time
The benefit was unfounded and did not meet the detailed expectations
When I challenged this with the supplier, they acknowledged that my point was accurate, but merely apologised
This company is working outside of consumer law and misleading customers with fake promotions to influence sales

After a couple of weeks I received my horsehalo mini.I followed the instructions but the unit would not turn on.I have sent numerous emails but have had no response so my advice would be not to purchase from this company.

Ships from China despite you never being told that, tracking never loads.
Customer services only available at dreadful hours who try to enforce you to close cases. 04:36am is the last email where because I have opened a case they are desperate to help all of a sudden
Item has been out for delivery for 2 days by their own account despite not providing tracking for a UK courier.

I plan to reject at the door as if this is the sales service I can only imagine the after sales.
Reading other reviews they are a company to avoid!!

Ordered massager and halo red light hoof wrap.
The package I received had massager and 2 hoof picks NO red light hoof wrap.
9 x emails later, photos of package delivered sent.. still no red light hoof wrap.
Massager is fab... recommend this.. but buy elsewhere.. this company are nightmare to deal with.
