Have ordered from them before and received with no issue. I now placed an order in April (2 months ago) that I have paid for but not received. I have gotten no update on delivery and have contacted customer service 5 times with no response. This is not okay..

Any danger of a reply to message / email / IG ..

Great service and excellent product

Slower service/delivery than buying from Americana equivalent companies and products are of a lower quality for the same money. Used it for a day, then ordered a replacement from Horus and have not used it since, in fact, no idea where it is.

Ordered on 9th Feb, no response from customer service when I emailed them. Shipping notice received 24th Feb with tracking. Coming from China so still waiting for it after 1 month of ordering. Rubbish service

Order placed 31/1/21. Confirmation email received same day promising dispatch in 2 days. Money taken from my account. No sign of goods. Sent two emails. No response. Used them before and OK. What has happened?

Arrived on time and matched the description.

Order placed in 1 Feb 24, money taken from my account, no confirmation of sale email, does not respond to emails or instagram messages.

Horrible correspondence, got no reply to numerous emails over several weeks.

Wasn’t going to review this company but as I’ve just received an email asking for one, here goes. Complete lack of customer service. Maximum wait time. Incorrect tracking number. Emails left unanswered. When I finally got the strap it was the wrong colour. Returned and asked for a refund. Waited weeks, again with no response to my emails. As I paid via Amazon pay I got them involved and got my refund through them. Avoid.

I made an order on 7th September for two straps, after a week I emailed asking for an update on the order as was yet to a shipping confirmation but there was no response to this email. 20th September i receive shipping confirmation stating that the expected delivery isnt until October 10th as the product is coming from China. This falls outside of the shipping policy stating 'up to 21 business days' which i have asked to cancel the order and receive a refund which waiting again for a response. Very unprofessional company even for a drop shipping company.

Ordered & paid 2 weeks ago. Received an order confirmation same day, but nothing since. Have contacted customer service 3 times but no answer. Wish I would have looked on Trustpilot before ordering, my bad. I would not recommend buying anything at HorlogyWrists.

Ordered an item on 19 August and still haven’t received the product. No responses to emails (the only way to contact). Was given a delivery tracking link a week ago and it’s invalid.

Update - received my order after one month and they sent the wrong colour. Very unhappy!

Don’t order anything from this company. As per every other review, Delivery takes far too long! It’s a joke and they shouldn’t be in business! I only wish I’d come here first before I bought anything from them!

I had to wait a very long time for the delivery of the products, which when I checked on the website advised it can take up to 15 business days. Fortunately it arrived on the final day within that period. I ordered the white strap and blue strap for the Uranus MoonSwatch and I am extremely disappointed. When selecting the product it gives the option of the colour clasp/buckle you would like to select, I chose gold and was sent silver. The blue strap looks absolutely ridiculous with the blue on the watch and doesn't match at all. On the images on the website and on social media platforms it looks like the perfect match but it's actually more of a lilac. I’ve emailed customer services multiple times but get an undelivered notification to say the email address doesn't exist. I've sent 3 DM's on Instagram and received no response. I want my money back, I no longer want the blue strap and I will not purchase from this awful service again.

Purchased a strap on the 20th of July which has apparently been dispatched. No further communication or responses to sent emails and the tracking number is ‘invalid’.
Avoid.

It has been three weeks since I ordered a strap for my Moonswatch. The tracking number provided doesn’t show any item has being sent. I’ve emailed customer services multiple times and even reached out via DM on Instagram and have received no response. Definitely don’t buy through Horology Wrist, you’ll just be left out of pocket and trying to deal with their non-existent customer service.

The worst service I ever got!
It has been a month since I placed my order for the strap. Emailed the guy (James) who works there, several times. Have not heard back from him at all.
He confirmed that they would refund me the full money a week ago, still waiting for the refund!
