I've bought many dresses from Hope&Ivy, Each and every one of which I love.Stunning designs, so flattering and beautifully made.I needed to return one,which I bought for my daughter, the size I choose was not her size, Bettina went out of her way to organise a replacement,She was amazing, kept me updated on status of order.She was so helpful.The returns process was straightforward.

Absolutely outstanding customer service from the company. I had problems with the courier return and a query with one of the dresses. Instant, personal response from Bettina. She went above and beyond to make sure I received my refund and that I received the dress I wanted. She was fantastic. Friendly, professional service and goes without saying just how beautiful the dresses are. Can highly recommend.

Returned item using DPD drop off at my local Post office on the 20th July 2023. Still no refund as off the 9th August. Wouldn’t buy from them again. I am £254 out of pocket. Ordered from Debenhams, Quiz and New Look at the same time and returned items and refunds were given quickly. Don’t recommend.

I got an email on the 8th August stating that it would take another 10days for the money to go back in to my account. Very poor when we are in a cosy of living crisis.

I think the customer service of the brand is outstanding. After their archive sale I had some issues with things going wrong and I think the way it was handled by Bettina was amazing. They went out of their way to make me feel valued and help me rush an order that I needed for a wedding.

Purchased the beautiful Heater dress and better than expected. Purchased two sizes and kept the one that was my size. The embroidery and beads are beautiful. Returning the other one had no issues with and refunded within five days of returning

Similar complaint to many recent reviews. No returns label given, followed the instructions to receive a label by email and after 3 days still waiting and no reply, 2 follow up emails sent. I have also contacted you on the contact us section on the website. It’s unacceptable not to give a returns label and then leave it this long when the returns window is only 14 days long! Won’t be ordering again when the returns process is this difficult.

I've always found it difficult to find dresses that flatter my figure without looking too conservative. Hope & Ivy offers more variety of styles, lengths, and colours than most brands, and I've found their delivery services to be very reliable when ordering. I recently wore their Sharon wrap dress to a wedding and not only felt comfortable, but received multiple compliments! I've never been very confident in my arms, but this dress took away all my worries - I'll definitely be buying from them again in the future!

Really impressed, beautiful dress and very well made too. I saw my dress in the sale so I got it and I’m not disappointed. Highly recommend.

Poor customer service. Returned item, was told up to 10 days AFTER it has been received in warehouse. Ridiculous amount of time to wait for a refund.

Terrible customer service. 14 day returns but you can only return with a DPD returns label which they don't send to you and it cannot be downloaded online. No phone number and the customer support email address does not respond. I will not order again!

I am still waiting to return my item even though i have emailed several times. I have been overcharged also on the receipt. Not impressed with the returns process and as yet stuck with a dress of poor quality. Would not buy from this website again

I returned the Mila dress via can royal mail and Hope and Ivy received this on 21st July.

The same day I got a stock alert that I had turned on from when i was trying to buy the dress originally, as dress was out of stock in nearly all sizes so i would have been hoping someone would return so i could buy the dress. I had been waiting for weeks checking every few days online as well.

So same day they get the return it is back in stock... clearly my return since stock was scarce on this dress.

Hope and Ivy, what isn't acceptable is holding my money when you not only have the dress but have it online to be resold. Yet I am still not refunded.

To me if they process the dress to resell online, doesn't that mean the return is processed and they should refund me as part of that process?

Apparently not. I got an email from them when I queried this saying I have to wait 10 working days. So they are quick to take my money, quick to put the return back online but not so quick returning your money even though its been processed and they are making money off my return.

I will never shop here again, really is underhand what they are doing.

Ich habe zwei Kleider bestellt, die Lieferung kam schnell! Allerdings musste ich sie zurückgeben, da sie nicht passten.
Leider gab es nicht, wie auf der Homepage angegeben, ein kostenloses Rücksendelabel, sodass ich die Kleider im Päckchen für 18€! Zurückschickte.
Nach über 4 Wochen bekam ich immer noch keine Gutschrift und kontaktierte Hope & Ivy per Mail. Der Kontakt war nett, aber helfen konnte man mir auch nicht. Es gibt wohl auch keine Möglichkeit, bei der englischen Post nachzufragen oder mal
In der nächsten Postfiliale nach dem Päckchen zu forschen. Auch ein Entgegenkommen bei der Bezahlung war nicht möglich, sodass ich jetzt die Kleider, obwohl ich sie für viel Geld zurückgeschickt habe, noch bezahlen muss!

I ordered a Hope & Ivy dress from ASOS. I paid £85. The first time I ordered the dress had a white stain on the chest so I returned it to ASOS and bought another. I wore the dress without a stain to a wedding, I washed my hands with soap and some water splashed on to the fabric and it stained it instantly. The fabric is so cheap and easily damaged for £85. I got one wear out of the dress. I've also commented this on multiple instagram posts to warn other potential customers but Hope&Ivy keep deleting the comment. I'd really avoid

I bought the Catalina and the Alluring dress and they are absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful material and stunning designs - I couldn't recommend enough!!

I had to send a dress back, that unfortunately, I was unable to track via DPD. Bettina was responsive to all of my queries, acted on my belhalf to liase with DPD and was able to provide a resolution very quickly. Excellent customer service

Quick to reply to queries and dispatch of items, got a gorgeous dress for a christening and had so many lovely comments on it. Can’t wait to find an opportunity to wear it again. Thank you to all

Hope & Ivy's customer service has been an absolute dream.

Unfortunately I didn't receive correct dresses, (mistakes happen!!), I dropped the team an email and my query was dealt with and a refund issued in a matter of days.
