Hi Joan,
Thank you so much for your kind feedback! We’re so glad you noticed the quality of the paper and cover — we put a lot of care into every detail to make each book truly special. 💛
Wishing you a wonderful and cozy reading time! 📖✨
All the best,
The Hooray Heroes Team 📚
Each story is not really a story it is 1 page, that's it. You can change names but not to impressive. I paid an extra 20 for a game that is literally a thin piece of cardboard. It arrived for Christmas which was good, but I paid extra for that

Hi there,
Thank you for your review and feedback. I am truly sorry to hear the book wasn't what you were hoping for.
I would like to kindly remind you that all of our books are available for preview on our website from start to finish specifically for this reason. It is important to us that customers know exactly what they are purchasing from us, so that there are no surprises when the product arrives. This way you get to flip through the entire book, read through all the stories and see exactly how the final product will look like before confirming your order.
Looking at you order in our system I can also see you paid an additional $6.90 for the Adventure Gift Box that also doubles as a board game. When choosing to add the gift box to your order, you have the option to click on "About this accessory" which opens a pop-up with all the information about it, as well as several pictures. This way we always try to make sure, our customers know exactly what they're getting.
And if despite all this you still have questions, we're always happy to help via email at hello@hoorayhroes.com.
Hopefully little Liliana, Eli, Linnea and Thayne will love their special book and game nonetheless!
Kind regards,
Billie from Hooray Heroes
I love everything about this product except for one thing. During the process, when you get to the step for the dedication. You can type what you want that to be, but you can't see what you've typed.

Hi Forrest! 😊
Thank you so much for your feedback and for sharing your experience with us! We’re absolutely delighted to hear you loved everything about the product—your kind words truly mean the world to us! 💖📚
About the dedication step, we totally understand how being unable to see what you’ve typed could feel a little tricky. However, we’re happy to share that it’s actually possible to view everything you’re writing! While creating the book, a full preview is available just below the editing area. You can flip through the pages, re-read the stories, and double-check your dedication as it appears in the book. 🖊️✨
We also recommend placing your order on a computer if possible! This allows the website to display in a maximized view, making it easier to navigate and visualize all the wonderful customization options.
We hope this helps make your next experience even smoother! Wishing you lots of joy and special moments with your personalized book! 🌟📖
Best regards,

I was pleasantly surprised with the book I ordered but I am familiar with their work because I've ordered two in the past. The reason I only gave four stars this time is because my cover wasn't as vibrant as it appeared online or other books I've ordered. It was very dull as if I had the book a few years.

The product is excellent. I would be interested in seeing a product in the future that would incorporate actual pictures of the actual children's faces submitted by customers to match the names. Thank you.

Very expensive and limited customization. I also requested replacement because there was an error with one of the customizations, but they did not allow.

Hi Mary,
Thank you for your review and feedback.
I'm truly sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your experience with us. We understand your concerns about the pricing, and want to assure you that we put a considerable amount of effort into creating valuable and personalized products that can last as a wonderful keepsake for years to come. We are adamant on producing only the highest quality products for our customers, which unfortunately leads to higher costs. Accordingly we always offer various discount codes to make your shopping easier!
We are always looking for ways to be as inclusive as we can, therefore your request for more customization options is greatly appreciated! If there are any specific suggestions you have, please don't hesitate to let us know. We'd love to note them down for the future.
Looking at our correspondence I can see the error in your book was one of the characters having glasses. I would like to kindly remind you that when you’re customizing and choosing the stories for your book, a preview of the entire thing is gradually being built at the bottom of the page so that you get a chance to see all of the pages, characters and read every story as you’re creating the book you want. In addition, we also send out confirmation e-mails that contain the story selection, dedication, character’s appearance and name.
We then allow a 24-hour window, from the moment the order was submitted, for our customers to contact us with any changes they wish to make to their orders. All this to make sure you know exactly what you are purchasing and there are no surprises when the product arrives.
Since your book was printed exactly as it was designed on our website, we unfortunately cannot offer you a free reprint. Though I can see we've already offered you an alternative solution.
Hopefully the four little heroes will enjoy their book nonetheless.
Kind regards,
Billie from Hooray Heroes

My only thought on the creation is maybe make it so each child can be picked in position to resemble real life attributes and attitude. I have ordered 4 books and I love each one!
