Lovely but not fit for purpose. Subsequent customer service has been almost none existent
Ordered a lovely personalised dog tag and ring for it to clip onto his collar. Whilst the tag was lovely, the clip clearly wasn't fit for purpose as within a month it had fallen off so the clip and tag were both lost as it fell off somewhere unknown. It's not as though this was the cheapest purchase for a dog tag; I did contact the company to explain and as 'a gesture of goodwill' they offered to replace. I have contacted a couple of times about replacement but unfortunately still nothing. Whilst the item was lovely and the response to email was quick, unfortunately what is offered and the outcome were very different. Gutted and £15 wasted.

I am so sorry to see your review. As I mentioned in my original response, this is the first time a clip has broken, so we were more than happy to send a replacement tag, as we agree it is not fair that your tag was lost as a result of the faulty clip.
After receiving your order number on 20th January, we sent a replacement the very next day. We understand that it took some time for your reply, which extended the timeline before the replacement was sent to you.
We always aim to respond promptly and ensure replacements are sent where needed.
I can see your replacement tag is showing as delivered on the 5th of February. Please do contact us if you have any further concerns.
