Absolutely terrible customer service.. they take ages to respond to messages in relation to get a refund.. don’t waste your time or money it’s honestly not worth it

Disgusting customer service
Dress had been worn and was undersized.
I wear a 10 and the dress I received was a 10-12 but would’ve just fitted a size 6 was also clearly worn before with marks and ripples on it.
I waited over 7 weeks for a refund.
Was told it would take 14 days
Refund was short by £20
I spent £18 to return the dress too. I was told they short changed me for a restocking fee.
Just scummy people desperate to make money

Ordered over £200 of clothes (only 3 dresses), returned within time frame using the address provided. Paid for tracked and signed delivery. It was received in 2 days 22nd November however they are telling me they don’t have the parcel and don’t know who signed for it. Worst experience ever! Just based on the return process. I would stay away from this company. I did everything asked and I’m still left with a loss of over £230 just before Xmas.

Update: I used Royal Mail and the parcel has been signed for. I used the address given to me. Maybe visit the other units and find out who signed for it. I have my receipt with the correct address on, this is not fault of my own. Worst decision ever order from this site. STAY AWAY!

You can’t even return back their items after 7 days and get your money back.
Instead they say you can only receive a exchange voucher. I have returned my item a month ago, yet i still haven’t heard from them in regards to my exchange voucher. They’re emails are no longer monitored so you can only reply to them through WhatsApp which is just so unprofessional as a business in itself. They still have not contacted me back through WhatsApp. I will NEVER purchase an item through them again. Save your money and don’t ever bother buying anything from them, they are useless and a waste of a company.

Not happy with HONEYZ service at all. They do not communicate at all.

Have ordered things from here as gifts and the clothes are always great quality.
