I still haven’t received a shipping notification after more than a month

I ordered from Honey the Wood before Christmas.I haven't received anything yet but the employee told me to expect slightly longer than average delivery times.

Ive reached out to them regarding the state of my order and the response was quick, honest, and direct.

I have no complaints. If the product is what it appears to be then I’ll be very happy.

I ordered a ❤️cook note/book❤️, my friend fell in love with it and was very pleased. I just love the fact that I was able to customize it just the way I wanted. They also offer to do your own design, that one option I need yet to try!!!

It has been 44 days and I still have not received my order that should have come in 15-20 business days... it was a Christmas gift, but that has come and gone now, so that's very disappointing.

**Edit - the book has finally arrived, it's very nice and exactly what I expected. If you are going to order this, it is worth it, but just be prepared to wait >2 months for shipping and not 15-20 business days as the website and email confirmation state...

Absolutely stunning! Delivery took about a month but it was as expected coming from across the world around Christmas time. Recommend ordering with time to spare but it will be 100% worth the time and money. My fiancé loved her recipe book to bits. I’ll definitely be recommending this to all my friends.

I was heated at first because I ordered a thing with plenty of time and was given a specific delivery date and after not hearing anything for a while I did have to reach out to them to be told my order wouldn't be arriving at the specified time. While this was upsetting they did do what they could to understand and remedy the matter.

Ordered 11/28 for a holiday gift and told 12/17 that it will arrive after Christmas. I've received 3 emails asking me for a review, so here you go. What a waste of time and so disappointing for me and the recipient.

Yes, I have yet to see my ordered product.No updates of status, what a. terrible experience so far. I thought I stumbled upon greatness as I was ordering but have been a let down since. Scared of the end product, since the lack of communication has been a complete zero. If the end result is amazing, to which I'm still optimistic about I will update my review.

I ordered custom books and they were absolutely beautiful. Communication with the company is not the best… however, I did receive my items in a timely matter and the hand made workmanship was absolutely beautiful. I could not be happier.

Ordered for a present and emailed in relation to estimated time for arrival multiple times with no response. At this point still haven't received the order and am starting to think it's a scam website.

This book is beautiful! I was able to provide my own image for the cover and it turned out wonderful!

The overall product is very pretty. I am a bit disappointed that it feels like it’s going to fall apart and it also didn’t turn out the color I wanted from the pictures.
