Great food and delivery
Order arrived when they said it would and it was still cold even after being in a UPS truck most of the day in Texas - the cold packs they use are excellent!
Plus of course their salmon is the best :)

I love the chipotle lime flavor. The last time I bought 8 pkgs, the price was half of what you're charging now. Since today you gave free shipping and 20 percent off, I was able to still pay more than I did before. Please reconsider how much you charge for your products and shipping. Thank you!

This product is simply fantastic
This product is simply fantastic. I've been singing the praises of it for over a decade and sharing my recipes with countless neighbors. Grocery stores who don't carry this are missing a HUGE market! Everything else out there just isn't good. I LOVE Honey Smoked Fish Co!

Ordering online is easy
Ordering online is easy. Our order was (short or) light of advertised weight. Online product information for four packages of Whole Sides (approx. 3.5lbs each package, 15lbs total) is not accurate. Our 4 packs were 3lb 1.6oz + 3lb 7.7oz + 3lb 12.1 oz + 3lb 5.9oz, for a total of 13lb 9oz, which is almost 1 1/2 lbs light (short) of advertised weight. This is disappointing.

Love the product…not the online store price.
I used to live in Colorado and had this product in my fridge all the time. My whole family loves it on bagels and salads. I purchased the 8 x 8oz packages from your website for $17.89/8 oz package. I was just at my grocery store and see they started carrying your product. The same 8 oz package cost only $9.99. I was a bit disappointed to see how much more it cost me to purchase directly from your website. I’ll be buying it from my grocery store from now on.

Have already reported that the last two time that I ordered, the HSF system sent an email showing that our fish would be delivered on a certain date. It wasn't AND was did not arrive until a full WEEK after the stated delivery date--both times.
