I’ve been with Honeydew Care for a little over a month and am now in my second month, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

My care coordinator Melissa A, has been incredibly supportive and responsive, always quick to answer any questions, and request my refills. My provider, Jessica Cheng, truly listened to my concerns, checked in with me regularly, and explained my skincare plan in detail so I felt confident moving forward.

The products are shipped right to my door, which makes everything so convenient — and most importantly, I’ve already seen a great improvement in my skin! I’m really excited to continue my journey with them! I can’t wait to post my 90 days results!

Got charged monthly 65$, without receiving any accutane. Just go get a script from your pmd. It’s cheaper. This is just a scam.

I HIGHLY recommend HoneyDew Care for accutane treatment. I came to them mid-treatment after having to travel for work and not being able to see my derm. They were able to seamlessly get me into their program and I didn't have any gaps in my accutane journey.

Both the provider and coordinator that I have gotten to work with have both been very responsive, quick, kind, and on the ball with anything I've come to them with.

The platform itself is very easy to navigate. I liked seeing my little progress tracker and the ease of uploading any needed information throughout the process. Highly highly highly recommend.

I have had a great experience with Honeydew so far! I am about 1 month into Accutane treatment after struggling with acne for 15 years, my provider was so validating during our initial video call. My care coordinator has been so helpful and extremely responsive, making the process as easy and clear as possible. I like how the dashboard has a “To Do List” for you to know exactly what steps you need to take. Overall I’m very happy with my experience and my skin is already starting to clear up!

We have just started our journey with Honeydew and I am so thankful and impressed with the process so far. My son is starting his second round of Accutane. We did the first round with an in person dermatologist who would not microdose and stopped him as soon as he met his accumulated dose, even though he had just cleared up, leading me to believe he needed to be on it longer. Knowing he did great on Accutane his first round, I had no hesitation starting him on another round. But he didn't want to do it again, due to the monthly doctor and lab appointments. Honeydew has been perfect for us. It is easier to reach our care coordinator, Katie L., with questions than it was with our in person doctor and their staff. We did our lab work and received the meds in the mail within days. I have no reason to believe the rest of the process will not be the same.

I have had prior Accutane treatment to great benefit. So I tried this on-line service rather that drive 50 miles to my dermatologist. I believed the "Easy, Convenient" promises in the Honeydew marketing materials. Unfortunately, my actual experience was not convenient. The lab results were misplaced, and the care coordinators simply assigned it to me to resolve this. The app twice requested I complete the iPledge requirement which I gladly did. Then the care coordinator assigned it to me to resolve the problem with the prescribing physician that resulted. Not easy, Not convenient. I am attempting to cancel, which the organization is resisting, and will likely refuse to do so. I will simply return to the excellent service I received at my prior dermatologist, although they are 50 miles away.

Helpful dermatologist and easy to get accutane

After suffering from severe atopic dermatitis for approximately 10 years, I finally feel like I have my life back.

Before seeing Dr. Austin Greenwood, I went to several dermatologists through my insurance provider. Each time, I was prescribed steroid creams that did not provide lasting relief. When they didn’t work, I was essentially told this was something I would just have to live with. Meanwhile, I continued dealing with relentless itching, inflamed and broken skin, painful flare-ups, and constant sleep disruption.

Dr. Greenwood was the first physician who truly listened and treated my condition seriously. He developed a clear treatment plan and went above and beyond to get me enrolled in the Dupixent MyWay program after my insurance denied coverage. Because of his advocacy and the support of the care coordinators at Honeydew, I was able to start Dupixent without delay.

I noticed improvement the very next day after my first injection. The itching decreased, inflammation calmed, and my skin has continued clearing in a way I have not experienced in a decade. For the first time in 10 years, I feel real relief. So far, I have had no side effects.

Dr. Greenwood and the Honeydew team genuinely advocate for their patients. After years of being told to “just live with it,” finding a provider who actually fights for you has been life-changing

The care team is so responsive and very easy to work with. They really helped me throughout my Accutane journey. I move around a lot, so I love having a care team that is accommodating!

I just finished a 12 month Accutane regiment and the results have been great. I struggled with acne for about 9 years and tried every treatment possible before finding Honeydew. My care team walked me through everything and were incredibly responsive with any questions or concerns that I had. The price was reasonable and my results are better than expected.

When I questioned the recommended treatment plan. Because our son was having issues, there was no discussion, simply treatment ended and told to go find a local dermatologist. These people only want your money and do not care about the patient. Don't waste your time.

Reply to Connor: when there is no discussion and then simply cutting off the patient, that is not providing "care", that is simply collecting money for a single canned option and kicking out everyone else. Please don't insult the public by saying you all are providing any medical care. You are not. You are acting like a medicine vending machine.

Ever since I was 13, I had extremely bad acne to the point of disfigurement. At 18, I finally decided that enough was enough and to take Accutane. My mom found Honeydew, and it’s honestly been a saving grace. Their licensed dermatologists have prescribed me, Accutane and only require online follow up visits to keep prescribing me, which is great because I’m a busy college student. Overall, this service and their prescriptions have been life-changing, and I’m only just starting to see the benefits. I would highly recommend anyone with severe acne to consider trying Honeydew.

The staff was incredibly helpful and supportive this entire process. The assigned MD was empathetic to my struggles and designed my custom skincare/medication regimen. They sent files to fill out for convenience and even set up geographical locations for bloodwork. The entire process took maybe about 2 weeks to complete instead of waiting months to see an in person dermatologist! I’d recommend this to anyone struggling with acne!

Amazing care and amazing results! Would recommend to anyone considering accutane and wanting to avoid waiting months to get into the derm.

They were the first to get me off month's of antibiotics prescribed almost yearly by another dermatologist and offer something better.
They started Me on Accutane. The process was great as they keep me informed and helped when needed along the way.
I have finished my treatment and finally have clear skin 😊 And even though that part is over, they still are with me, helping me keep my skin this way.
If you need help like I did, you can't go wrong using them. They are GREAT!

I have Medicaid, so getting in to see an in person derm would have taken 9 months! Insane! I was able to see a provider with Honeydew the next day. She and my care coordinator worked together with me to find an affordable treatment plan, even though I had to pay out of pocket for my prescriptions. I love Jennifer Barham, my provider. She is very attentive and helpful. I also love that my mother was able to be treated for her psoriasis through Honeydew, and my daughter as well! Truly a great thing for all ages!
