I've been traveling for school for almost two years. Honeydew helped me throughout while I was in different states. Staff and providers are super friendly and helpful. I appreciate you all!

It seems like a great platform at first but they charge $40 a month for a subscription fee. My medication I received was on a 3 month refill plan so I was paying $40 a month for nothing. I wasn’t having meetings with the Derm, I was just submitting pictures of my progress. That’s a $120 for nothing plus $30 for the actual medication. Every time I tried to cancel they would try way too hard to keep me and when they finally did let me cancel they charged me a cancellation fee which is not something they mentioned prior to signing up. Please do not give your money to a platform who only cares about financial gain instead of the wellbeing of their patients.

Care team is great and easy to communicate with. Website is easy to follow. Overall this is a great platform!

Our experience at Honeydew has been great! My teenage son has been fighting acne under his arm and on his face. His provider, Candice, has been nothing short of amazing! Our first call with her was very informative, and the treatment plan of doxycycline and topicals helped my son's breakouts clear up!

I also want to give a shout-out to Melissa A., our care coordinator, for her timely response in the chat and for getting the prescriptions sent in to the pharmacies.

Honeydew is a blessing, and we recommend it to anyone struggling with any skin issues!

Honeydew’s service has been exceptional - they are so quick to respond (unlike other online providers) and always answer my many questions. I’m so excited to continue on my accutane journey with them!

I’ve had a really positive experience with the Honeydew platform so far. I appreciate that the entire process is virtual, which makes it much easier to manage care without having to go into an office every month. My care coordination team has been great — I’m able to send messages whenever questions come up, and their hours of operation are very accommodating. On one occasion when I needed more immediate help, I was able to call in and speak with a coordinator who contacted my specific care coordinator to make sure my needs were addressed, which I really appreciated.

The pricing is also very reasonable at $25 a month, and the fact that they work with insurance makes the treatment even more accessible. I like that I can submit photos each month and clearly track my progress over time. Another big benefit for me is the low-dose Accutane option. I’ve taken Accutane in the past at a higher dose, and it was very difficult on my body and stressful mentally because of the intense purging phase. This lower-dose approach has felt much more manageable.

I’m still only a few months into treatment, but overall I’m very happy with Honeydew and the services they provide.

I think this is a great idea for anyone who hates going to in appointment dermatologist visits or is really busy with school..etc. Honeydew makes it very convenient for me since my accutane is delivered straight to my door step. The dermatologist and the team that I have are very well with responding within a day and are always very helpful in answering any questions or concerns that I have while on accutane. I’m honestly pretty content with these guys.

I would highly recommend this brand to people who are struggling with acne, the process is simple and fast. The providers are very nice and are willing to help with any questions or concerns you may have.

Honeydew has social ads that make getting accutane simple, quick and easy — that is not the case, and in fact, upon submitting the questionnaire, history of acne and photos, they initially stated I wasn’t in need of a prescription (I had moved to a new state and was in between dermatologists and needed to re-up my accutane).
There’s multiple fees in addition to the drugs. Every month something is wrong on the provider’s side, my pharmacy has such a difficult time with them.
The chat function from honeydew seems like AI half the time — I do not recommend

I am about to be on month 2 of Accutane and it’s been truly the best experience using Honeydew Care. All of my health care team has been tremendously helpful even when I overly asked questions, they made me feel better. It also has been so easy and seamless.

The whole process was incredibly easy. Kaitlynn, my care coordinator, was so responsive and made sure all my questions were answered. She walked me through everything step by step, which made the experience feel really straightforward. I chose the monthly payment option since I don’t plan on being on Accutane for a full year. I’d highly recommend this program if you’re thinking about getting started!!
