I'm really grateful because everyone is always so respectful and kind. They're always happy to answer any questions I have and ensure that I feel comfortable and cared for at every step.

I struggled with acne for many years and truly felt like I had tried everything. My acne was angry, inflamed, cystic, and completely immune to even the strictest and most powerful routines. After reading a few reviews about Honeydew Care, I decided to give them a try—though I was very reluctant given my lack of success with other treatment options.

Wow. Wow. Wow.

From the initial review process to where I am now, everything has been absolutely seamless. My provider, Meaghan Birakis, PA, is incredible, and my care coordinator, Stephanie G., has been nothing short of amazing—motivational, knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely kind.

I reached a point where my skin consumed my thoughts every moment of every day. I’d go out in public and feel the stares. Over the years, I heard things like, “Just wash your face,” “Cover it with makeup,” or “You’re still pretty with acne.” While maybe well-intended, those comments were wrong—and deeply hurtful. I knew it was time for a real change.

I’m currently wrapping up month 8, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with my results. I have no active breakouts (which still feels unreal), my scarring is improving daily, and my mental health is better than it has been in years.

I’ll be honest—I’m baffled and saddened when I see a few low reviews. After reading several of them, it’s clear that some come from disgruntled patients who may not fully understand the process or who lack patience for the journey. Acne treatment, especially severe acne, is not an overnight fix. I truly hope those few ratings don’t deter someone from pursuing something that can be so profoundly life-changing.

As with anything, there are risks. Ask questions. Do your research. And above all, prepare yourself for the journey. Nothing truly good in life comes easy—but it is worth it. You’ve got this.

My care team has genuinely played a huge role in saving my life. Being complimented on my skin—sometimes daily—is something I never imagined I would experience. I will continue to recommend Honeydew Care everywhere I go.

I cannot rave about this company enough, it is probably the most comprehensive dermatological care you can get with telehealth. I have tried multiple services and turned to Honeydew after my last provider shut down suddenly and it has been nothing but wonderful. Their providers are very communicative and accessible whenever you have questions or concerns and are more than willing to work with you when creating or changing your treatment plan. They are just as prompt with getting your treatment formulated and delivered, after opening my account initially I had my medications in my hand in about a week and have waited even less for refills.

We need more people in healthcare and customer service like them.

Unprofessional.Discouraging doctors that push one “fix” and don’t listen. If you try to cancel the charge you for 3 months anyways. The marking team won’t stop emailing you. Easily the worst online medical platform I have used.

Honeydew streamlines the acne medication process in every step. The initial consultation is convenient and doesn't require a long wait, they help you setup your prerequisites, devise a plan that fits you, ship your prescription in a timely manner, all to keep you on track. It's the most practical and effective approach I have found and I would recommend it to anyone.

I was on accutane treatment for about 8 months or so and it really helped my skin. They now have me on a topical cream that I use 4-5 times a week and it seems to help with maintaining clear skin. Overall I am impressed at how simple and affordable the entire process is. A lot of local dermatologist offices charge lots of money for accutane treatment and visits, so I never was able to access this life changing treatment until I discovered Honeydew
