Délais de livraison pas du tout respectés, manque de visuel sur le suivi, un numéro de suivi nous est communiqué mais aucun acheminement n’apparaît dessus, le statut de la commande reste également en « confirmée » quel que soit l’étape de celle-ci.

La livraison a également été catastrophique car le livreur a pris une photo de ma boîte aux lettres pour « prouver » la livraison mais l’a finalement déposé chez mon voisin.

Les produits restent tout de même cool même s’ils se font un peu désirer après validation de la commande au vu des délais précédemment mentionnés.

The smell was good but when u put it on your lips it taste like Vaseline or petroleum. Received in a timely but the tracking was way off.

This is a scam company!!! All products are shipped from China. The lip balm it self sucks there is no real scent and they don't moisture my lip at all. I had a terrible time with customer service about my late package that arrived very late. Customer service acted like it was my fault I didn't receive my package. I will never order from crappy company again, the lip balms are not worth it. If you want lip balms with an actual scent try my bee balm or get something you get from the store stay away from HoneyBalm!!

Very disappointed to see that the distribution is from China when it’s a UK company. If I knew this I would not have bought them. Very misleading and disappointing to say the least. Guess I am waiting a month for my product to arrive then. But definitely won’t be ordering again

Disse lepsyne er bare så gode. Det gjør leppene mine myke og hydrerte. Jeg elsker de forskjellige smakene og luktene min personlige favoritt er vannmelon. Vannmelon smaken gir en perfekt farge på leppene og er veldig sommerakti.

Honeybalm brand lip balms are amazing! They have a mild scent and taste that is enjoyable and not overwhelming. The balm is smooth and melts like butter, leaving your lips protected and soft. They have a variety of "flavors" and a wonderful rewards program for customers that makes ordering repeatedly worthwhile.
Definitely recommend them!

(Do not get them mixed up with Bee Balm - that's a totally different company with a subpar product!)

Jeetje wat traag. Ik heb op 16 februari besteld, het is ondertussen 27 februari en het pakket staat al 5 dagen op 'wordt voorbereid'. Dit zal dan ook meteen de laatste keer zijn dat ik heb besteld. Dit kan je anno 2026 toch niet maken? Alle andere webshops leveren dezelfde week nog. Sommige zelfs de dag erna! Ik raad jullie aan hier iets mee te doen want ik ben er zeker van dat ik niet de enige ben die hier zo over denkt. Of de producten nou goed zijn of niet niemand wil zo lang wachten. Tegen de tijd dat dit aankomt ben ik al vergeten dat ik het heb besteld.

I had ordered a product as a gift for my mom all the way back in early January and was left in the dark after words. In mid-January I received messages saying that my order was on its way. I didn't here from them until I checked about 2 weeks later and found that my products had been delivered on January 15th! Mind you they didn't send me any email or update about this. I know I probably should have kept track of it better but come on, if it arrived on January 15th, that should be communicated to me. Even worse is that they sent it to the wrong apartment, even though I specifically put down the exact apartment and location, and they just left it in an entirely different place. Now I'm trying to get a refund but Honeybalm is making it extremely difficult, saying that I need to contact the courier and go through all these steps even though I don't want to do that, I just want my money back!! I would absolutely NOT recommend ordering from this place. I will continue writing these reviews until I get my money back.

I fell for it. Wish I hadn’t and purchased better products elsewhere. This is Chinese sourced product that never ships. I ordered on 28 January and still nothing for shipping. Plus wish I read reviews before buying. Do not recommend. Find better products.

I'm really disappointed with you. I placed an order a few days ago, and you wrote to me saying I should change the address so you could ship it as soon as possible. I haven't received any response from you, and I don't even know where my order is. What a scam! You don't answer emails, and there's no way to contact you. Terrible service.

Mooie producten, maar wel een ruime week moeten wachten op de bestelling.
In die week geen mail ontvangen wanneer ik de producten kan verwachten.
De bestelling is inmiddels geleverd, maar krijg nu continu e-mails dat mijn bestelling onderweg is en dat ik het binnenkort kan verwachten.

Al met al mooie producten, maar heb je het nodig voor een bepaalde datum bestel dan op tijd.

I never recieved the product I ordered last November. They would not give me a real tracking number only tracking from there web site. I contacted them and they told me they would replace the order. Still have not recieved the product still have no tracking information. I believe this is all a scam.

It tastes like petroleum when you apply the lip balm! Completely disappointed 😞! It's like chemical!

Did not receive the products, zero response on multiple emails and messages on Instagram (through which I ordered this by promoted post) and also I got to know it is made IN CHINA! Unreliable and unprofessional!

Fikk varen i dag, selvom det tok lang tid så virker den veldig bra og lukter godt, valgte honning:) virker som den varer lenge og leppene ble super soft!

I had placed an order on November 17th and my order did not come until after Christmas. Apparently they cannot ship to PO boxes, but waited till I reached out 1 weeks before Christmas with questioning where my order was for them to tell me this. When I finally did get my order, the product is cute, but that's it. They all smelt like clay. I will never be ordering from them again.

I ordered gifts for Christmas on Dec 2. On Jan 2, contacted and canceled order. They generated a full refund quickly, but never apologized or gave details on the order other than website showed "shipped". Poor.

I was promised delivery by Christmas and this did not occur. When I questioned the company, they informed me that I was welcome to ship the product back to The Netherlands and pay for the shipping myself.
