Hometec uk replaced our front windows…
Hometec uk replaced our front windows last year and have just completed replacing the back ones and the patio door. We are very pleased with them and noticed a big difference over the winter regarding insulation and an absence of internal condensation.
The fitters (a father and son team) were courteous and respectful of our property. They did a great job.

Will not repair faulty work so water still coming inside all the winter causing major damage and very aggressive on telephone . I have twice had the gutters cleaned but they still claim it is caused by leaves despite having a copy of the engineer,s report stating that there are workmanship issues and faulty construction

Besvarelse fra Hometec UK
Hi Mrs Blondell, we have visited your property 3 times to investigate your supposed leak, each time we have visited we have discovered that your guttering is full to the brim with leaves, moss & weeds - so much so that it is level with your roof. We do have photographic evidence to support this. As a gesture of goodwill we have cleared these leaves out for you on one occasion but we cannot continue to do this, as we are not a gutter cleaning service. From our numerous site visits it is evident that the leak is not caused by anything that Hometec has installed nor is it a reflection of our workmanship. We are more than happy to share the photographic evidence that we have with you.
Great company- quality products!

Exceptional Windows & Fitters
After deliberating 3 quotes, we decided to go with Hometec windows.
Their reviews came out top, and glad we went with them.
The whole transaction went very smoothly from start to finish.
From the initial meeting with Jack to the surveyor and completion with the fitters.
I just want to add, that Jason & Tony were very conscious of their workmanship and kept everything tidy the best they could whilst fitting the windows. Thank you Guys.
There was a discrepancy with a window (my fault with miscommunication) a new one was made and delivered before the fitters had finished the job. Fantastic turnaround.
We also had a bit of snagging to be completed.
After a call, the fitters returned and made everything good without quibble.
All in all, we’re very satisfied as customers and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hometec Windows.
