New front door and side panel
We had a new front door fitted with side panel. Everyone we dealt with at Hometec was professional and helpful. The sales rep, surveyor and fitters were all great. Great quality work. Couldn’t be happier, highly recommended.

Very good service from Hometec UK
Just had new windows and doors supplied and fitted by Hometec UK. The experience was brilliant from start to finish, from Jack quoting us for new windows and doors to Keith and Jude fitting them. We're very happy with the end result and the price was competitive as well. The fitters were friendly, respectful and couldn't do enough to help us. Would definitely recommend them.

Lovely front door
Lovely front door - I am very pleased with it. Fitters Joe and Jordan were quick, clean and tidy and left the hall in better shape than they found it! Extremely pleased overall. Thank you to the sales team who were friendly and efficient.

Hometec were brilliant
Hometec were brilliant from start to finish. Jack helped us find the perfect door for our new home, and answered any questions we had quickly. Fitters were polite and helpful and did an amazing job. Our new door looks fabulous and we'd highly recommend!

Great service from start to finish

Excellent Fitters
The fitters Tony and Jason were very polite, efficient, clean and tidy workers. Very pleased with how they executed the removal of old and installation of new window. Left my home clean and tidy.
The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because the paperwork was not correct. The home number of the installation was wrong. After a few telephone calls a pleasant lady at the office sorted it for me. But it did take a few weeks to get the revised guarantee and building regulation certificate sent. A silly error, but it was resolved to my complete satisfaction. There is a lot to praise a company if their after sales service is good.

Contacted Hometec to request quote for…
Contacted Hometec to request quote for five new leaded sealed units. Rep came and measured up. That’s where it ended. Never got back to me with quotation. Rang them to chase up and was promised a call back, but never transpired. Obviously have too much work. Wanted to support local company, but sadly, they weren’t interested.
***Update*** The last communication I had with this company was 26/07 @ 1626 when I called to ask if my quote was available and was promised a call back that day. I received no call back and to allege I did is disingenuous at best.

Hi Mr Bishop, correct our engineer did attend your property to measure and quote for 5 sealed units and brought this information back to the office. We tried contacting you on a few occasions via phone as we had a query on the quote but we never got an answer from you. We feel this review is unfair, as we cannot quote something if we have a query on it and also are unable to get hold of yourself, so if you could kindly remove this review it would be much appreciated. Please feel free to call the office and discuss this matter further. *UPDATE* Your latest update is completely untrue, we have the call logs as evidence of this, we made contact with you on 15th August and left you a voicemail, which you have ignored. I will be emailing you over the call logs shortly and we can put this matter to bed.

This company use sub standard materials which are poorly fitted the roof leaked in several places there insurance contract was not worth the paper it was written on the work was surveyed and found at fault but they refused to carry out the repairs it was a con we had to employ another company to replace the roof at a £4,000 loss they offered a great deal but it was a con
