This company tries to "have their cake…
This company tries to "have their cake and eat it too." I only need one product--Lysol disinfectant wipes. I understand we are in a pandemic and this product is hard to find. They charge a hefty price, plus monthly membership fees on top of that. When I signed up for two cannisters a month, I got the first months wipes lightning fast. Now, for the last two months, all I get are promises that eventually my second (and third) monthly tubes will be mailed eventually AND after requesting that they cancel my membership, they apparently still have not. The fact that it only took a week to get the first month's suggests that they have a large stock on hand to bait new members, but then all you get is a stall.

Ordered in July! My full order has still not shipped! I have gotten bits and pieces. They do not answer the phone and they auto shipped something and charged me $9.99 to ship 1 $4.99 item. Terrible service. They will not acknowledge any of my emails requesting my product or credits. Do not buy from them!!!

I would give them 0 stars if I could! TERRIBLE customer service!! They charge a $30 “super heavy shipping fee” which is more than the actual item. They charged me for an Lysol spray that’s been on back order and when I called today the rep said she’d put me on a “ship now” list. Why charge for an item you don’t even have in stock?

I ordered Lysol spray and when it came it had spilled out of the bag. I emailed and called soo many times with no luck someone by the name of Valerie had finally responded back to me weeks or days later. She asked me to provide pictures for a refund which I did and she did not reply I called and the representative was of no help. I wouldn’t order from here anymore it’s a complete joke extremely poor customer service.

Like everyone else, I ordered products and never recieved. I contacted over and over with no response, so I disputed the transaction with my bank as items paid but never recieved. I also reported them to the Federal Trade Comission. They seem to have a history of charging you, but not being able to ever fulfill the order. Stay away and find a truly legitimate company. This is not one of them.
Avoid: Not a scam, I think, just incompetent
I bought about $70 dollars worth of items in mid August, and received probably about $40 within a week-items like dish soap, some soap, so not hard to find items. I had signed up for a subscription, because they had clorox! That would be good to have once a month. Having emailed and called multiple times and received no answer, I cancelled the card I'd paid for subscriptions with, so the next payment didn't go through.
However, I then received an email saying it had been paid. I have checked the card I gave them, and all my other cards, and there were no payments to Home Supply. I emailed them and said I wouldn't return any items I received from this payment, and got an email back saying it had been cancelled. However, I still received a clorox a week later. I am taking this in lieu of the one I should have received in August.
I think it's not a scam, but just understaffed and not updating the website properly with the availability. However, that doesn't stop the fact that once you've paid, you almost certainly won't get your money back and as there is no option to cancel your subscription through the website, will have to cancel your card to stop being charged. AVOID.

I ordered 3 bottles of Clorox disinfectant spray on August 11th. Due to the pandemic, they let me know that everything was back ordered, which I understand. It is now September 29th, and I have only received one bottle of the spray, with no update on my order at all. I reached out to the company via email and phone and no one has responded to me and I STILL haven’t received the rest of my order. I am now disputing the charge with my bank, and they assured me I would be refunded. This company is absolutely horrible.

This website is not good for anybody. Do not order anything from this website. They constantly take money out of your account and do not send you your items. I have been waiting for 2 months. They are very unprofessional and rude. I have called several times about unsubscribing from them and they constantly tell me the same thing. They say they will call me back and they do not. I been waiting on their call as well for about a month. They are BAD FOR BUSINESS. Take your business else where because this is not it.
Very bad business
I placed an order 8/5/20 for several items. I received a partial delivery. I opened a claim a couple of weeks later because I still didn't receive the rest of my order. I called them and was told my order would ship the following week. It did not. My 9/5/20 shipment date came and went, so I called them back on 9/18. I demanded a refund for the items I did not receive. Supposedly they processed a refund...we'll see. I was advised the membership fee would continue for three months, as per their policy. How can you continue to charge me a membership fee when you don't even send me my items! I called the bank, who resolved the matter and I was immediately credited my September membership fee back. If they try to charge me for October, I will just do the same thing. Very bad business practices on their part.
Possible Scam
Same as other reviews. I opened an account and the first month they sent me product. They continue to charge my credit card but have sent me NOTHING. I cannot get into my account on their website. I've written company twice with no response. I called and cannot reach anyone. I'm calling my credit card company today because I think this is a SCAM.

I ordered over a month and a half ago they charged my full cart and I only got two of my items compared to the 10 that I ordered. Then the next month they charged me for 1 item with 15 shipping fee, then a separate order with two things in it and another 15 shipping charge. Guess what still haven’t received any of it. Tried signing into my account and they said my account doesn’t exist.

I did not allow Home Supply to steal my money. I actually got someone to respond by e-mail AFTER they saw that I posted them on FACEBOOK! I took my time and harassed them by phone, email and every singe Social Network on Earth. I have a large Platform in my area by being a Musician in this area. I told every single Minister that I am associated with to warn their Congregation and they did. I set Twitter on three alarm fire blasting Home Supply. Then posted fliers in our local stores. RUN from this company. They sent my money back to my account and I changed the account so that they won't do their "recurring" thing.
