I bought a nice set of garden loungers, and they are good and solid. They arrived within a few days. I would definitely order from them again, highly recommended!

Top marks on customer service
Top marks on customer service, very responsive to emails. The delivery company were helpful and put the furniture where we requested - although that is what I would expect given the money we spent. The only issue we had is there was a slight mark on one item. They offered to replace, but it is out of sight, so we don’t really mind. Seemed like a waste to replace for such a small issue.

The furniture looks great the sales person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful. Delivery was on time. I couldn't give it 5 stars because it was dificult to assemble. The instructons are confusing.

Office Furniture -Good Quality/Easy to put together
Ordered a desk after being let down twice before by different providers. Communication was good although took a bit longer to be delivered than first confirmed but put this down to COVID issues. Desk is flat pack but very easy to put together which myself and my daughter did. Very happy would definitely use again.

The wardrobe arrived on time and the…
The wardrobe arrived on time and the man who delivered it was very polite. I managed to put it together myself, although it's advisable to have 2 people to assemble it, as it is big and heavy. All in when assembled it looks fantastic and incredibly sturdy. Would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

Order went through no problem
Order went through no problem. We purchased furniture for a whole bedroom from Home Supplier and are very pleased. When it is time to do the next bedroom we will order from the same range and supplier now we know the quality of our purchase will be okay. The customer service people are very responsive too.

They will sell you damaged goods and then refuse refund you as they are a small family run company!
Claim you sent them damaged goods and then hold onto your money!
Buy from a reputable high street seller instead and save your money

As we have mentioned in our response to your previous review posted for the same item, we did not sell you damaged items. You confirmed when we spoke on the telephone (and on your first review below) that the only issue was the stain, which is actually the woodgrain pattern.
We collected with our own transport and we take extra care with packages to avoid any such issues. We supplied you photos as we opened the package. The opened bag of small parts was not even resealed and left with a large opening for the parts to fall out.

Great quality furniture and service
We ordered a wardrobe and two bedside cabinets. The delivery driver was very polite and helpful. The furniture was pretty easy to assemble and looks amazing. All round very satisfied and would definitely recommend.
