They are crooks and will be reported to the advertising standards agency, l ordered wall panels and these idiots sent me wall paper.
They can’t differentiate between wall panels and wall paper, this company is run by cowboys.

Avoid, this company is a SCAM, never replay in the emails.DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!

If you value peace of mind then perhaps avoid this company. But my experience actually ended well.
I ordered some panels and straight away got an order confirmation, but a week or
more went by and I had concerns that I’d not had delivery date.
I tried calling but the phone was never answered, that’s when I saw the trust pilot reviews. I panicked and emailed them multiple times telling them I had seen the reviews and I was worried they had scammed me etc… a week or so later I got a response assuring me it was no scam, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they said my order would be delivered the following week. It did not come, so I emailed them a few more times with my concerns and they got back to me and offered me a full refund, which I agreed to.
I had been waiting a week for the money to be refunded when I got a text with an arranged delivery date on it, I agreed to the date hoping that if i never saw the refund I’d get the product I ordered, and then a few days after that my order was in-fact delivered. It took almost a month to get my order.
I can’t say I’ve had the best experience with them but it’s been better than most other peoples.

This company needs to be shut down.. reading the other reviews they mirror my experience, given a tracking number but the site says my order is permanently held, contact this company they say they've not received my order for delivery... try to contact homepanel UK, phone line just cuts off, email response when it finally arrives is just them fobbing you off.. I've reported to my bank who've been great and refunded my money. My only hope is that they have managed to get the money back from this rogue company...

SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT USE!!!. No one answers the phone. Rarely replies to e-mails and if he 'Neil' does it's just a delay tactic. Delivery contract has been suspended. They give you one lie after another to keep you waiting. Looks legitimate but it is not. You will not receive your goods. Mine never came. I asked repeatedly for refund and did not receive it or a reply. Absolute, total and utter crooks. AVOID!!!!

I would give this company zero stars if I could — but unfortunately, one star is the lowest option.

I ordered wall panels in good faith, as part of opening a community and wellness centre for adults and children. Nearly a month later, I have received nothing. I trusted the website, its prices, and its process, only to be deeply disappointed.

After chasing several times, I received one email explaining that there were “shipping issues” and that the order would arrive the following week. It never did. Further attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered.

I am genuinely appalled by the lack of communication, integrity, and care. Spending nearly £600 is a significant investment when creating a community space — this was our one big purchase to help move the project forward, and it has completely stalled our progress.

What a deeply disappointing experience. A company with such poor values and disregard for customers should not be trading.

Useless is an understatement.

Ordered on 6th October and have still not received my order! Communication was only an automated message and they do not answer their phones. This company are still taking orders however they will only take direct payment. This is copied from their site.

Transfer your payment directly to our bank account. Use your order number as payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until we have received your payment’
I have contacted Citizens advice and Trading Standards in the hope that this company will be looked into and everyone will either receive their orders or be offered a full refund!

Ordered four panels, did not arrive. I did however receive the following email and I responded after seeing the reviews. See below. My bank refunded me immediately.

AVOID like the Plague!!!
Sent samples to make themselves look legit. Made a big order they took payment then never delivered. Provided tracking info. Contacted the delivery company and they informed us Home panel cancelled their account with them after not receiving the goods. You can't contact them on the phone. All emails that have been sent have been read within minutes of them being sent.(We can see this as we have email tracking on) DO NOT TRUST THIS FAKE COMPANY!!!!

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM, DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE. I ORDERED PANEL FROM THEM, THEY ISSUED A TRACKING COMPANY AND NUMBER, SAID DELIVERY IN 5 DAYS, AFTER 5 DAYS, TRIED TO CONTACT HOME PANELS, IMPOSIBLE BY PHONE AND THEY IGNORE EMAILS, MANAGED TO CONTACT THE DELIVERY COMPANY AND THEY TOLD ME THEY DO NOT DEAL WITH HOME PANELS, ANOTHER WORDS THEY GAVE ME FALSE TRACKING DETAILS, WHICH SUMS UP THIS COMPANY. I HAVE HAD TO CONTACT MY BACK TO CLAIM A CARD CHARGE BACK, SAVE YOURSELF ALOT OF TIME AND BUY FROM ELSEWHERE.

Same as everyone else ... I did not think to check Trustpilot for Reviews before ordering a .. Lesson LEARNT !!! However I did receive my order and the panels are as ordered and in good condition, as are the 3 tubes of glue... I did also receive email and text updates as promised ... however of the 2 end pieces I ordered I've only received 1 and that is a totally different colour to the one I ordered. Tried to contact them by phone: not a chance no one ever picks up the phone just a recorded message. Tried email : NO RESPONSE ... tried their 'complaints procedure' same NO RESPONSE: All I can say is at least I've got the panels I can use... I would say DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HOMEPANEL. They are currently being taken to court with their shipping company. You will not get your goods but they are still taking orders. CORRUPT.

Sadly the same problem as everyone else... I cannot for the life of me get through to the company after not receiving my order or an update on it. I did get tracking info but the status is 'on hold - indefinitely', I too called the haulier and they said that means either HP changed courier or does not have stock. I've called and called and called to no avail whatsoever and no emails received despite sending 3 contact forms via their website. I only ordered from here as my decorator recommended them but having this experience and read the previous comments, I wouldn't be surprised if it's a total scam (although my decorator isn't a scammer!). Order elsewhere and avoid HomePanel like the plague.

Likewise, delivery never arrived and contact with them is futile!!!

The shipping company in my email HJ Logistics said they dont work with Homepanel anymore and never received the goods. The tracking states: on hold indefinitely. I have tried for 3 days to call and email Homepanel and they dont reply. The lines go dead after minutes on hold and never reply to emails. I am not trying to dispute this with my bank and stop the payment somehow. This is the first time I have had to do this! Awful company.

Scam!!! Didn’t receive any emails or update's or my item !!! DO NOT ORDER !!! Just someone sitting in his bedroom!! He also writes his own reviews on home panel website !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered some panels but failed to check TrustPilot reviews. Well, I can say that the reviews are correct and this company is running some kind of scam. I found out the company is registered in the Netherlands and their so-called office in Birmingham is just a convenient address provided to facilitate this scam. They look good in google searches but the company in the Netherlands has simply paid Google for advertising. I’ve not received my order; can’t get through on the phone number; and they do not reply to emails. Pointless driving to their supposed address as no one is there! I am now passing this to my bank and Trading Standards.

No panels, ignored emails and ‘phone number doesn’t exist.

Bit delayed as some issue with their carrier services but panels came, in good condition and quality as expected.
