Satisfied First time user
First time user, but if I'd had to sell again would not think twice on using Homelister. The whole experience from beginning to end was streamlined, flawless. They guided me from day one, and most importantly, from a legal perspective, that is, tying up all the stakeholders in the process was Excellent. The platform, that is, the Portal that allows one to upload ALL the necessary requirements to list on the MLS, and the human interventions, were A1. I amply and responsibly recommend Homelister; actually, I have already!

I am so incredibly glad that I discovered Homelister to sell my house. In this market, I knew it would sell fast so I didn't feel like I could justify the tens of thousands of dollars for a real estate agents commission when they would hardly have to do anything but listed on the MLS. Homelister gave me just enough support, and it was a seamless process. Everyone was incredibly professional. The value was outstanding. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone who is trying to sell a house right now and wants to save thousands of dollars in commissions.
