Sale of Condo
I bought a condo in mid October 2022. The purchase was contingent on my selling my condo. I was able to very quickly list my condo on Homelister and sold it within a week. Everyone at Homelister was very responsive to my questions and needs and extremely helpful throughout the process.

Excellent Support and Savings, Too!
I was very impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail, and timely responses in dealing with HomeLister. I was able to show my house myself (who would know if better?) and get excellent support all along the way. Not the easiest time to sell a home, but Homelister eased the pain. Saved 13,000! If I ever need to sell another home, I'd definitely use them again.

Excellent customer service, and expertise throughout the entire sale process. Saved thousands of dollars which allowed us to price our home competitively in a slowing sellers market. We would not hesitate to use them again or recommend to a friend!

At first I was very skeptical about doing this myself but it worked out perfectly, the website walks you through it step by step all the property info, description everything - the customer service reps are a phone call or email away. The showing notifications system was perfect - honestly great experience

Do you want to spend a few hours and save yourself thousands of $$$$$?
I sold my 10th property in Maryland with Homelister 2 weeks ago, and I saved close to $20K worth of commission!!!
Please don't fall for the usual talk you get from realtors about their "experience", as a seller agent, they literally do anything special to deserve thousands of dollars or 2.5% of your listing price!!!
I literally spent maybe 2-3 hours to list my home on Homelister! and I paid myself $20K on the closing day!
Using an agent selling your house is so 2000!!! welcome to 2022 using Homelister!!!!
