Richard and the team at Homeland were so helpful and supportive throughout our worst nightmare. They kept in touch with all the arrangements and transported our dad back home to the UK, even providing his flight details so that we could track his flight (which my dad would have loved, as he loved an app!).

Claire and her team recently repatriated my dad from Portugal. Claire communicated with us regularly and was so supportive and really helped us by explaining every step of the process. We will be forever grateful to Claire and her team for bringing dad home to us.

A cremation abroad felt daunting but we need not have worried. Everything was taken care of so I didn't have to think about any aspect of the cremation which was much appreciated. It was a traumatic time for all the family with the sudden death of our loved one, made more so as it was in Greece . The transportation of the body and the cremation itself was beautifully organised and the communication was good throughout to keep me informed about what was happening. All staff were respectful and courteous and clear in explaining procedures. The cremation exceeded all our expectations - it was beautiful. A fitting farewell to our beloved family member. Homeland were exemplary in their service. They really helped make a difficult process much less painful and more bearable. Thank you to everyone involved.

She coordinated every step with care and determination, even sending her team into one of the most dangerous parts of Thailand to make sure our dad could be brought home safely. Claire personally took over dealing with all the embassy documents and formalities, removing that burden from us entirely. She kept us updated every single step of the way, morning or night, always making sure we knew what was happening and that everything was being handled with care and respect. Her commitment, compassion, and strength were extraordinary — she never once gave up, no matter how challenging the circumstances became.

The team in Bangkok were seamless, working tirelessly and professionally to ensure everything was completed smoothly and efficiently. Their coordination and attention to detail were faultless, and it was clear they cared deeply about getting everything right.

When our dad, arrived back at Heathrow, Phil and Steve were there to meet him, ensuring everything went smoothly and with dignity right to the very end. Their professionalism and kindness meant so much to us.

Thanks to Homeland International and to Claire’s unwavering efforts, our family was able to bring our dad home with peace of mind and gratitude.

Homeland International has been exceptional, helping transport my dad home after he unfortunately passed away in Cyprus. I could not ask for a better efficient caring service

Initially this company seemed friendly and to know the process for repatriating a deceased family member. We gave them the details of the funeral director in France, who would accept the international transfer of my relative's body after it had been prepared in the UK, and then didn’t hear from Homeland International for several weeks. We assumed that matters were in hand. However, as the funeral date approached, it transpired that arrangements had not proceeded as agreed. Had it not been for the vigilance of the French funeral director awaiting the coffin, the coffin would not have been transferred to France and the funeral would not have taken place on the scheduled date. It seems Homeland International hadn’t paid attention to dates and had not contacted us to communicate their difficulty in contacting the French funeral director, whose email inbox had not accepted Homeland International's emails. Homeland International seemed disorganised and this caused me a huge amount of stress. My relatives and I had to deal with administration at the last minute which was not easy as we were already in France, awaiting the coffin. In addition, it was disappointing to note that this international company seemed unaware of the dates of public holidays in France, therefore causing more last-minute delay. In the end, thankfully, the funeral went ahead on the scheduled date.
We raised our concerns after the funeral and although we received an apology several months later, these errors caused us avoidable distress at what was already a difficult time.

Richard at Homeland International was a true professional from the outset of arranging to bring our Dad back to the UK.
He made all the arrangements and provided regular updates and solutions on issues raised in ensuring to bring our Dad home.
All the family hugely appreciate the help and support that Homeland International provided and without any hesitation would recommend their repatriation services to others.

Amy and the team from homeland were absolutely amazing. As soon as all documents were signed they took the worry and the stress from me so I could then deal with all the other things that you have to do when losing a loved one.
I had regular emails keeping me updated on what they were doing. I stayed awake all night tracking my dads final flight home to the moment he landed at Heathrow. Nothing was too much trouble for Amy even if I just wanted to chat. I cant say thankyou enough. I would totally recommend Homeland.

Malcolm and his team were helpful, respectful and reliable from the very start. They arranged everything as we had no idea of what to do. They were flexible and able to advice accordingly.
