Louie had his second stay with Sue and John last week. I can’t thank them enough for the care they showed him. He was happy to stay with them when we left him and when we went to collect, it was clear that he was comfortable. I highly recommend both Sue and John. Knowing Louie is well taken of gives us peace of mind when we are away. Thank you.

I really like the fact that you can visit the home where your fur baby is going to stay and as long as you do that within 7 days you can change sitter if the fit isn't right.

Penny was amazing with Nell (who can be a handful, due to her sad start in life) she kept us updated everyday with photos and videos. I could tell my anxious girl was relaxed and at ease with Penny. We can’t thank her enough. Would highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Home from Home. The company matched us up with a lovely sitter who lived just a few miles away. She took great care of our dog and sent regular updates. I would highly recommend the service.

I have used Home From Home many times and have always been very happy with the service they provide and the dog sitters they choose. I know I can enjoy my holiday and my dog will be happy and well looked after.

I have used Home from Home before with previous dogs, and always been happy with the service provided. But this time, the lovely family (Renata, Mark and Nina) have elevated the experience for my spaniels (Chilli & Toffee) to a whole new level. I don't think they wanted to come home !
Renata sent me photos and videos of them living in the family home as if they'd always been there and were their own dogs ! Cuddles on the sofa, walks in the park (in the cool), enjoying the garden and generally having a fabulous time. It makes a huge difference when you are on your own holiday to know that your dogs are on holiday too. I won't use anyone else in the future and will definitely check Renata's availability before booking a holiday in the future.

We were matched with very thoughtful and attentive carers who did everything possible to ensure our young dog was comfortable, and that we felt confident to leave her for the first time. She was very happy and content when we came back. We were particularly grateful for the regular updates we received while away.

Booking process is easy but I will always check that Anita is available before I book a holiday . We wouldn't leave Wilson our lab Retriever with anyone else. He is very lucky that Anita has him out for walks early and he has been to stay with Anita so many times now that he has a lovely routine with her and always comes back looking healthy and happy. We can always go away safe in the knowledge that our bow wow is having a good time too.

We couldn’t have asked for a better person than Ilona to look after Teddy, while we were away for three weeks. Once again, we felt completely confident that he was in safe, caring hands.

From the regular photos we received, Teddy appeared so happy and relaxed throughout his stay, and it was obvious he was being treated like part of the family. We really appreciated the updates, photos, and the genuine care and affection shown towards him. It made such a difference knowing he was settled and enjoying himself while we were away.

They found us a lovely couple to look after our dog. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dogsitter.

A difficult one to review this time as we got a call halfway through our holiday to inform us that our dogs needed to be moved to another carer due to our carers husband being ill in hospital. Obviously she could not continue she had to be with her husband which of course we understood. Thankfully Martin at Home from Home had already found a replacement carer who was willing to take our 2 dogs. I believe the new carer Josie then went and collected the dogs.

When we picked our dogs up a few days later both dogs seemed comfortable in their new surroundings. One of our dogs is very nervous and Josie went out of her way to make them both feel at home which we really appreciated. We met all 4 members of the family and they all seemed to be getting involved with their canine guests.

We were very impressed that Martin had a difficult problem but contacted us with a solution already available. That took a lot of stress out off of our shoulders.

Thank you to everyone. Martin Jackie and Josie for allowing us to enjoy the rest of our holiday knowing our dogs were safe.

Home from Home sort everything out so quickly which takes all the stress away. We have used them many times. Charlie stayed with Alison for the first time and it's lovely how you get to meet with your dog prior to deciding. Alison was great and Charlie clearly had a great time

A new carer for my dogs this time after my regular carer was sick, a bit nervous, but all worked out perfectly.

We have used homes from homes for a few years now and would recommend them to anyone, and have been lucky to use Tina on a regular basis to look after our dogs Bella & Murphy who love going to her and she adores them never wanting to give them back and for how ever long we continue to go on holiday we will be using them.

First experience using Home From Home and all went very smoothly. Caroline kept me updated throughout the four days with photos etc.
Would be very happy to use this service again and Caroline would be our first choice for our Cavapoo Charlie.

Monty had another fantastic stay with Sandy and Colin. They are always sympathetic to his hip displacia needs, and kept a particular eye on him this time as he developed an ear infection which they kept us completely updated on. He was treated to woodland walks as the weather got hot and came back a very happy and well looked after boyo. Thank you Sandy and Colin!

Alison, as always, was wonderful.
I had 2 dogs and Alison looked after both. One very sadly died almost 2 months before my holiday. Home from home only gave me 50% of the charge for that dog back. Shame on them. I understand if I cancel but a death!! I gave 4 stars entirely because of this. Alison would always get 5 stars and she looked after the remaining dog as if it was her own. As always.
