Homeease GmbH  Anmeldelser

Absolut empfehlenswert!

IIan is really great in explaining the process and next steps thoroughly, especially for first timers it is really helpful. He handled a lot of back and forth communication for us. He was easily reachable and quickly responsive as well.

Ilan is experienced, knowledgeable, re-assuring and well-connected. We had hundreds of questions and he always had a prompt, useful reply.

He takes your home search criteria and compiles a list of options for viewings, attends the viewings with you, inspects the property and informs you, and asks the seller good questions.

He also saved us twice as much money as he costs, thanks to his sale price negotiations.

HomeEase is fantastic.

We had a fantastic experience working with Mr. Fishman on purchasing our new apartment in Berlin. He guided us through the entire process with professionalism, clarity, and great attention to detail. As expats, we especially appreciated how informative and patient he was, making everything feel smooth and straightforward. Highly recommended for anyone looking to buy property in Berlin!

Ilan helped me purchase my own apartment and he’s been invaluable throughout the process. I tried searching on my own first, and got overwhelmed very quickly - then Ilan held me by the hand and within only a couple of months we found my wonderful apartment together. From accompanying me to every visit with a professional eye for all the details I’d have no idea I should pay attention to, to tons of paperwork and all kinds of helpful advice and advisors up his sleeve - Ilan was there every step of the way. I couldn’t have done it without him :)

Very satisfied with ilan service and the most important help me with all of the German bureaucracy.
Very kind and patient and understand all the nausea of real estate in Germany.

I had a great experience with HomeEase. Although buying my house was stressful, after signing the contract with HomeEase, everything went perfectly without any issues.

Daniela

I can’t recommend working with Ilan highly enough! With incredible speed of answering — even the smallest questions — by WhatsApp and email, he guided me through every step of the process, scrutinizing every word of the documents in question to a degree that impressed every other professional involved in the transaction, and carefully and patiently educating me along the way in English. I couldn’t feel more confident in all the choices that were part of this process thanks to Ilan’s honest and thorough way of processing a complex situation toward a great outcome. Work with him if you can!

Ilan’s help was invaluable throughout the whole process of buying an apartment. As well as searching for something that met my requirements and going to visits with me, he negotiated a very good price and guided me through all the legal and bureaucratic aspects so that I was left with really very little to do. He’s a very friendly and capable man and I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Definitely 5 stars!

He coordinated with other real estate agents, the notary, and our finance advisor seamlessly, making the entire process stress-free for us. Additionally, he helped us by find a legal translator for the mortgage.

Thank you again for everything, Ilan!

Ilan is absolutely brilliant at what he does. He supported and guided me throughout the sale of my apartment. Ilan was on hand for any questions that I had when it came to official letters, and was able to answer all of my questions when any worries came up during the process. Ilan does exactly what the brand says, he really put me at “ease” thank you very much Ilan ☺️🥂

Ilan has been an all around full support for me in the process of the flat purchasing. He understood my requirements , basically searched for me, handled my loan, checked the contract, arranged the notary appointment and accompanied me to it as well. But he didn't stop here, he lead the renovation, managed the furnishing and is now managing the apartment too. I couldn't have wished for more support than this.

Professionelle Beratung und Unterstützung

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the outstanding service I received from Ilan during my apartment purchase journey. Thank you so so much!

From the initial stages to the final paperwork, Ilan was with me every step of the way. His expertise was especially crucial during the bureaucratic processes, navigating the complexities of the German real estate system. As a buyer with limited knowledge in this area, I felt reassured and well-informed at all times. Ilan accompanied me to the apartment viewing and pointed out so many details that I could have easily missed or don't fully understand. Ilan took the time to sit down with me to ensure my understanding of each step and the contracts, patiently answer all my questions and provided valuable insights that helped me make informed decisions.

In addition to his professional competence, I could feel Ilan’s genuine passion for helping clients find their perfect homes. This enthusiasm, combined with his dedication, turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and enjoyable journey for me.
