al of my orders arrive undamaged and on time thank you

I live in New Zealand . I bought a diamond dot painting from Home Craftology (HC) in September . I paid more than $140.00 NZ for it A short time later I saw the same one on another seller list for $32.20. I told HC that I was annoyed I had been charged so much and please refund the excess money I have been charged. Their reply alluded to the fact that there products are much better quality and superior to others etc . I received the HC one and have compared it to a Small one I purchased from a cheap $2.00 type shop . I cannot see any difference in the quality of the HC one to the very cheap one I purchased and have almost finished. The glue is fine, the canvas is fine and all the dotz are there on the cheap one.
HC has said if I'm not satisfied to return it but the postage and idea of packing it up again is hard for a pensioner . It is also hard to see my hard earned cash going into someone else's huge profits . Giving guarantees to be able to returns goods its not much help if it is going to cost postage etc. Be fair with your pricing HC in the first place and people won't need to return you goods.
Buyer beware , when you purchase goods do your homework otherwise you will regret it like I do .
Postscrift . HC have just refunded me my money I commend them for this and thank them for listening to my complaint and doing something about it.

Always really happy with this company always comes well packaged, canvas never creased easy to roll out and flatten. Haven’t started it yet but know will love end result. If ever I do have to contact them, customer services always reply as quick as they can taking in account time zones, my query is resolved x

Love The way it'spackage.

I wrote a note about my less than ideal experience expecting no response. Meljune was so kind and helpful to me. I appreciate it more than anything. Thanks again!

I love ordering my custom diamond art with them. They are very responsive and helpful during the whole process. They answers any questions I have. The pictures look great too😊

I find this site easy to navigate and it has great pictures. The kits come complete and are of high quality. I love the sales!

I bought my very first Diamond Painting from Home Craftology back in 2019 and have since bought another 12 kits from them.

The latest one has the newly upgraded kit with the new self flattening canvas.

What an upgrade!

Excellent service from order to delivery. I found the ordering procedure simple to follow and was kept up to date regarding each step of the process. Kit arrived carefully wrapped and in a timely manner. Love the quality of the kit! Can’t wait to frame and give the finished product to my granddaughter. Will definitely be purchasing further kits.

Homecraftology is one of the best companies for diamond painting. I live in Canada 🇨🇦, on the other side of the world 🌎 and I order most of my DPs from here.
I also always recommend them to anyone who asks for a good place to get DP.

Also, HC customer service is the absolute best!

I highly recommend Homecraftology to all.

The quality of the products is excellent, as is the response from customer services. The frustration comes from the long wait to receive them!

Excellent customer service. Meljine was very responsive to my concerns and fixed the problem quickly.

I loved the idea of using the acetone nail polish remover to remove the legends on the side of the diamond painting. I tried it and it worked! I am really impressed with Home Craftology. I haven't order from them yet, but hope to soon. Keep up the informative ideas and tips. I love it!❤

I ordered a custom for our late grandson’s girlfriend. The team was great about sending me mock ups of the various sizes. Received the kit at the same time as my husband’s death so I haven’t done anything with it yet. I have learned to order from quality companies. HC is the primary of 2 companies for me. Just ordered 3 more today.

I love this company! I love the colors used in your kits, and all the supplies for the kits are always complete. I have ordered 5 so far. This is my go-to company for diamond painting.

I’m loving the way my picture is turning out!
Really love it!

I love this company. They have beautiful diamond art and the team are so easy to deal with.
Only place I go to get my diamond art.

I wa missing some gems because while I was in hospital my husband left the door to my craft room open and the cat got home. This canvas is a gift for a good friend and after I searched for the missing gems, I gave up and emailed Craftology. I got a reply the next day and will receive the missing gems so I can complete the picture. I am so happy with their quick response.

Amazing service
Thank you!
