I have spent $8000 in furniture here with extended warranty on all. My sectional unraveled and falling apart. I called and like everyone else no help. I sent them everything they asked for, warranty, pictures etc. They refuse to respond. Do not buy from here

I thought that I ordered mu granddaughters bedroom set as individual pieces because I needed 2 night stands and didn't need a dresser mirror. Wjen my order came th we re was only 1 night stand and a dresser mirror. So they next day I text then and my response was " well thats what you ordered!" I responded and said I would have never purchased a mirror, I have no use for one. Her response was the same. I finally found a phone number for them and so I called. I explained my situation to the man on the other end of the phone and his response was even more shocking. He said she was right and they "Don't make mistakes!" I was so taken back with his response that I said " your tellong me your perfect? And he said yes! Than after going back and forth for a few mimutes, it finally came out that you can only order bedroom suites, not individually. At no time did either one ask me how to make it right? I own a business and this is not the way to treat your customers because negative feedback is like a terminal illness, it will eat you alive!

Bad customer service. I received TWO broken statues and the return process is HELL. They do NOT send for the packages. You will be responsible for shipping and it's not cheap! I am stuck with two broken statues and speaking with someone is impossible. You can only email and they will get back to you if you are lucky. Think twice. I feel like I got taken.
I placed an order for a loveseat. After 2 weeks of no communication, I called and spoke with an agent who said I needed to send an email to get a status on the order. I sent an email, but no response. I called again, and the same rep answered. He said I would hear back "soon". I asked when, "maybe next week". These folks have no idea what customer service is. I can't speak to the quality of the product as I've not received it. It's going on 3 weeks since I placed the order, and I'm going on vacation. So I need to have an idea of when I can anticipate the delivery.
So I purchased a Buffet and Hutch from Home Center Cinema yet to be delivered. After paying 3+ grand plus shipping and handling. What's crazy is that I called before purchasing to make sure the product was available. A man picked up and confirmed twice that they had it in stock. Fast forward one month later. I hear nothing about shipping or delivery. Then I call, a very rude man picked up the phone and was short with me and said I should send an email, I said I did and there was no reply. He then proceeded to say I should wait for them to reply. I mentioned but I'm on the phone with you now, he repeated what he said and was done with the call. I hear back days later only for them to ask me to pay an additional $487.45 for shipping. I emailed back that I already paid the shipping and handling that was paid in my order $179.99. Then they emailed me back that shipping charges to me is now $789.34!!! What's going on here, am I being scammed???
This is a scam company. Ordered a Brayton media file cabinet when on sale and with advertised delivery time of 10 days. Without any notification like advertised that payment takes three days to process and numerous calls to get update to no avail due to no one answering finally got someone who directed me to email and did so some two weeks after purchase. Emailed but due to sale long being past and never actually having product in stock was told not expected in stock for at least 45 days and so was issued a non-requested refund, probably because now product is hundreds of dollars more. Waste of time and now have to wait for refund process before addressing office needs.
Do not purchase from this company. While the sales process is smooth and delivery is acceptable, the after-sales support is absolutely terrible. They require you to email for assistance, and their phone number is strictly for sales. If you try to raise concerns about their lack of email support, they will hang up on you.
After months of being given the runaround, I called again, only to be told—yet again—to email support, as if I hadn’t already tried that three times without any response. Their support team is completely unresponsive. I eventually had to troubleshoot the issue with our electric recliner on my own and discovered I could fix it with a $10 replacement power supply.
Had I known the problem was this simple, I wouldn’t have wasted over six months emailing their so-called support team to no avail. I didn’t even expect them to fix the issue for me; I just needed guidance on what part to order and was more than willing to pay for it. I explained all of this in my emails, but they never bothered to reply.
This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I cannot recommend them to anyone. Even if you're tempted by lower prices, the lack of support makes it absolutely not worth it. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable company.
