Best lender! Highest recommendation!
We had the best experience possible with Melissa Warren and Homebridge! While interest rates were not in our favor, Melissa worked hard to minimize stress, maximize communication, and help us reduce costs as much as possible. We had one potential purchase that didn’t work out and one that did, and Melissa was clear about timelines and what might be possible throughout the experience, and she was able to line up dates so that we only needed to move once! This not only saved us a lot of money but relieved a tremendous amount of stress! We will absolutely be coming back to Melissa and Homebridge to refinance or for any future home buying, and we will be sending all our friends!
