First, and most important, we really are truly sorry you have been inconvenienced by the Relaxound Zwitscherbox developing a fault. Your order was delivered promptly in secure packaging and, as soon as you called to let us know of the issue, we immediately sent a replacement without any fuss. It just isn’t possible for us to open and test every product before despatching but, when a rare issue does occur, then we can assure you we do everything we can to put things right quickly. Whilst we fully appreciate how frustrating it is when products seem to fail we must also say that we really feel a 1-star review is not justified given the service and care we provided.

Many thanks for your glowing review especially considering you returned the Oceanbox White Seagulls Calling & Waves Sounds on the grounds of… well… a suspicious shortage of seagulls!
After giving it another listen, we did detect a few distant, possibly introverted gulls lurking in the background, but we wholeheartedly agree with your assessment. We’ve already taken this up with the manufacturers, as we believe our seagulls should be bold, proud, and unafraid to squawk front and centre.
In the meantime we can confirm you have been fully refunded and we hope to welcome you back soon :-)

Absolutely fantastic customer service
Absolutely fantastic customer service. I ordered a lovely bag to be delivered to my sister in law but unfortunately I typed in the incorrect postcode for delivery!!! After the parcel went from place to place without it being able to be redirected from our end, Customer service managed to stop and recall the delivery and amend the postcode. It was then delivered successfully. I was very pleased indeed and would highly recommend this company for exceptional customer service, should you need them, and fabulous quality goods.

Although the item I ordered was out of stock and there was a long wait, the staff contacted me to explain. The lady I spoke to was well- informed, had a very personable manner and left me feeling reassured that I would eventually receive my order. She apologised for the delay.

Thanks so much for your patience and understanding. Honestly, it’s been a bit of a nightmare getting stock from Hachiman since January. The business changed hands back then, and things got a bit messy for the new owners but, hopefully, everything should be back on track by next month with normal service resumed!

The Remember Wall Light is a stunning design, so simple yet so effective and also, with its USB charging, cost effective able to be mounted everywhere. We hope its looking good in its location.
Also we trust the Otis Pappelina rugs, and tea towel, are still looking cool located, we guess, in the kitchen!

Eco Barbecue fun without the waste.

Pleased we were able to help out and at a great price too! Barbecuing is great but, as you say, needs to be kept neat and tidy with rubbish picked up and, more importantly coals put out and no trace left. We have one at home and the portability and ease of use is great.
