I didn't receive my order and had to cancel to get a refund. No correspondence from the retailer and was sent no order tracking and confirmation, although payment still came out of my account

No sign of my flooring! The phone number on the website has been disconnected and I have had no response to the e-mails I have sent them.

Wood flooring was never delivered, no response to emails/web chat and phone line disconnected. I have since read reviews this has happened to other customers and your company is a scam.

I just ask some questions from few days and nobody answer and its wrong phone number

DO NOT SHOP HERE,ITS A SCAM COMPANY.I ORDERD LAMINATE FLOORING FOR £149.50 HAD EMAIL TO SAY DELIVERED IN 3-5 DAYS.HAD NOTHING SINCE,THERE NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED AND THEY DONT REPLY TO EMAILS.ORDER WAS PLACED 20TH JANUARY 2023.REPORTED TO ACTION FRAUD.DISGRACEFUL FRAUDULENT COMPANY WHO JUST TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DOES NOT DELIVER ITEMS.DO NOT USE THEM

I paid £700 for a ps5 and it was never delivered!
The phone number doesn’t work and the company doesn’t respond to emails

Scam company all the contact details on the website don't work I paid through klarna thinking I might have some protection but they have no record of purchase so it looks like they've set up a way to make it look like your using another form of payment it it's all fake , I've reported it to action fraud . police.uk , if this happens to anyone else you need to do the same so as to get the scammers shut down

Scam!! Do not use. I purchased a kids bike listed on the site . Nothing has arrived . Tel Number invalid . Website chat isn't live. No email response. How are they still trading online? Shocking!

still haven’t received my order absolutely shocking, no update at all, phone line dead and no one gets back to you when you email them, it was a Christmas present 😡 don’t buy from this company!!!

Brought our son's Christmas present on this site, they totally ignored us and did not send present! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, THEY SPOILT OUR CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!

I didn't receive my order and I tried contacting you via live chat email and phone without reply.
Worst experience I have ever had. Is this site fraudulent? I expect it is. Please avoid these phoney's

No communication. When I have tried to follow up my order delivery I find that their phone line "has been disconnected". No response to emails and now I dig further I realise that several others have also had the same issue over a period of months. No comms, no goods, take the money.

No item off the company no correspondence either

No goods, no response to emails, messages etc and telephone disconnected. Terrible.

Placed my order 11 days ago, said I would receive an email in 5-7 working days in regards to shipping. Still haven’t received my order and no way of contacting them, as emails are not answered and phone lines are cut off. I still haven't received it and when I contacted them there phone number is disconnected. And I email i don't get a reply back.

I have yet to receive my order, which was placed on 29th August. I am concerned regarding the customer service with this company.

I HAVE BEEN CHASING THIS COMPANY FOR WEEKS ONCE THE ORDER HAD BEEN PLACED HOWEVER THE PHONE LINES HAVE BEEN DISCONNECTED , NO RESPONSE TO 10 EMAILS AND THERE ONLINE CHAT ROOM NEVER REPONDS .. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING .. NEXT STEP TRADING STANDARDS

No communication after I placed the order! Emails, telephoning, gum tree messages and a trip to where they were supposed to be!!!! Stay well clear
