Transfer of keepership went through within hours (adopted from rescue who microchipped her), they make it super easy to just send a quick email with the chip number and your details, and the rescue approves the transfer. It was fun to upload a photo of my cutie and see her details

This is a free service, whoever i spoke with via the home again customer service were really helpful and friendly being new to having a pet i wasnt sure what to and was assisted every step of the way.

We recently adopted a cat from someone who had him microchipped but was unable to find the chip details to transfer ownership. The vet scanned him for his chip number and I was able to locate this chip to being registered with Home Again. It was easy to set up to transfer over the details and he is now registered to our address.

I called them because there had been an issue with my cat's microchip with a different company. They transferred her easily at no charge. I was very impressed with the customer service with which I was provided, and I am happy that my cat's microchip informed is in safe hands.
